Having a Starbucks on premises is a nice touch. As other Yelpers have noted, unfortunately this location has felt it necessary to add numerical code locks to the restrooms. I understand the reasoning behind it, but the logistics of needing to use the restroom at the back of the store then needing to traverse to the front of the store to get the code, and back again, is asking a lot and will cause my visits to be cut short.

The discount and earned rewards are worth the cost of membership. I could spend all day there, perusing the various things that interest me. I am not happy with their change to adding a code to get into the bathroom. I realize they had issues with homeless people misusing the bathroom, but as a rectal cancer survivor, I don't have the time to hunt for an employee to get the code. I was literally seconds away from a bowel accident today, then had to turn around and find an employee. I was lucky, there was a guy shelving books close to the bathrooms. What if he hadn't been there, though? If I had to walk to the customer service desk or the register to get the code, I would have definitely had an accident. My suggestion to anybody that has bathroom issues, or small children, ask for the code as soon as you walk in the door. That way, you don't have to hunt for an employee and risk accidents. That is what I will be doing from now on.

When asking for prices, on Magic the Gathering singles, I used the same app to check prices that he did, but he quoted prices that were arbitrarily high so that the the 40% off worked out to slightly above average prices. I requested the price of a sealed booster box. These are roughly 100 dollars at every store and online. Again, he told me it was 100 dollars after the discount was applied. Either he was being deceitful, or they charge 170 dollars a box. Both of which are not okay. It does not matter, I will not return.

My favorite items are the one piece pajamas with double zippers. Makes getting children dressed and undressed a real breeze! They have a sale of some sort going on at all times in store and online, on top of their clearance items available in the back. There's also a section for toys, backpack and shoes. The store offers cute clothing, accessories, and various other nick-knacks. The prices are quite reasonable, and they have a wide array of cute tops and dresses. There are limited pant and shorts options, but with all of the adorable other selections you don't typically notice. The thing that sets BohoBlu apart from other botiques is their level of customer service and care. They treat you like a best friend that tries to help out with your shopping trip. They start dressing rooms for you, give their opinions freely, and find the sizes and selections you're looking for. I'm not a big shopper so they make it easy to be a customer. I'll leave most of the shopping to my mother, but I do enjoy my rare trips to BohoBlu.

While she was wasting time at the front I went I. Search of the silver leaf foil, which was no easy task. I had no idea where it would be and could not even find an employee to help me. After about a p minutes I finally found someone on my he floor that could only describe where it was, but could not be bothered to walk me back to it. When I eventually found it, I realized it was a solid 3x more expensive than Hobby Lobby for the same product. Nevertheless, that was the end of that visit, and we headed for hobby lobby. Needless to say, we won't bother shopping here anymore. As much as I don't like Hobby Lobby, the customer service here, and the inability to make transactions on the register is not worth the headache...nor is their blatant price gouging. Not sure how they've survived this long, but they will not get out business any long.

There is a price checker in the store, but the cable is cut on it so it does not work. When I spoke to an associate, she said that they are encouraging people to use the app for price checking. So, I downloaded the app and didn't immediately see how to price check in it. I work with technology for a living, so usually I can navigate systems pretty well. However, the path to the price checker is through the search bar, and then the small scan icon in the top right. There is no button that says price check, or anything that would be obvious to a typical app user. The associate helping me find the price check in the app seemed less than thrilled to help. I think it's because she frequently gets this question and that suspicion was confirmed when I spoke to some other customers while we were in line who were also had negative experiences. So, after having downloaded the app, I went back to attempt to price check the items. Only about half of them came up with prices when I scanned them. So, I took a cart of mystery items to the front. When in line, the cashier said multiple times to the line that they can use self check out. However, that was not an option for me because the prices were very much up in the air, and I wasn't going to go alone at self check out and hope for the best. Overall, I think that there's an opportunity for Michael's to cater to the (older) demographic that shops there by offering a simple to use price checker in the store. At bare minimum, they need to work on their app design. In terms of the store, layout and general quality of merchandise, it was a very typical experience when it comes to craft stores. The full price items were incredibly expensive and the clearance items, once I found out how much they were, were incredibly inexpensive. So, put on your math hat, download the app, and be ready for a slightly frustrating experience if you want to shop here.
