I wanted to love it here- it is so easy to find, and the parking is plentiful and free. The $15 for unlimited play for 5 hours is a bargain- and I didn't even have to get a pass for myself- awesome! This was my first visit to a GameTime. My kids enjoyed some of the games: the wii olympic game stations, the roller coaster one where 2 people lay back and go on different 'rides.' Unfortunately, the carpet had a strong odor: possibly urine, possibly just musty. Without windows, the main interior game space was pretty unappealing due to the odor. Last but not least, so many games were not included in the free gameplay, which I understand on one level, but in particular there was an axe throwing game that my kids really wanted to play- and I wasn't sure why it was not included. Fun way to round up the night after visiting the escape room next door. Lots of interactive games for every age level. I loved the hockey foosball and the mini bowling! The machine to buy the card to play the games does not take Mastercard. FYI. This place has an arcade and a sports bar. The cheapest price for the card was $25 and it went up from there. There is a wide selection of games and some unique ones I have not seen before. There are 2 hours of timed play on Saturday and Sunday mornings from 10-11 AM. You can also do up to 5 hours of timed play every Thursday. We will be back. It was a nice change from some of the other arcades that are limited. read more

Typical bar food at best. There was nothing to rave about. I had the fried Mac and cheese balls and wings. My only complaint is that while sitting at the outside bar there were kids sitting at the bar with their parents while ordering drinks. I don't think it's appropriate in my opinion. Children should not be sitting at the bar where alcoholic drinks are being served. Will I return? Absolutely. The vibe and atmosphere was cool. I had a good experience at this GameTime. I was not expecting much after my visit to its sister property in Ocoee. This property does not compare. They offer over a 100 new and retro arcade games, interactive games, prize machines and much more. The machines were all functioning properly and the sports bar was a nice touch. I loved the indoor/outdoor option. It was a beautiful evening and the live band was playing great music. After hitting a couple of the reto games it was a fun place to hang out while the older kids ....who don't need supervision...enjoyed their independence. read more

My family and I were so excited to have some food drinks and play games. We should've seen the red flags before checking in to be seated. They had a one bartender in one server and the wait time was one hour. Long story short we place our orders it takes about an hour and 45 minutes for our food to come out. Mind you it's just chicken and waffles when receiving our food as you can see in the pictures it was burnt and when I said something to our server he grabbed my waffles with his bare hands and said I'll be back with new waffles. This has been one of my favorite places to go since they first opened, but recently the quality has suffered. On tonight's visit, the host dissuaded us from dining in at the start, informing me that there was a long wait and that they were understaffed. As a frequent visitor, I accepted this, and decided to wait it out. They had one sever for the entire restaurant on a Saturday night. I got the wrong order and my second drink, ordered 30 minutes prior, came after the bill was given. My whole dining process took about two hours total. I don't blame my server at all given the circumstances. They should have been staffed accordingly. By the time I finished in the restaurant, my desire to go to the gaming area was at a zero. Playing games was the reason we came in the first place. The bathrooms were dirty and the once illustrious feel of this place has diminished. I hope that it can turn around before it becomes another relic of 192's failed tourist attractions. read more

Saw that one of the machines was broken and went to the manager's office to report it since no one else was on the floor. Low rating due to COVID a safety. This one feels smaller than the one in Ocoee and is missing some of the games from there. Floors clear of debris and not over packed with people. They required masks and everyone was wearing them. I didn't see staff walking around, but guests were policing each other. NO cleaning of the games during the 2 hours we were here. They need to raise their game in this category. I don't expect them to be as good as Disney (the absolute safest and takes pandemic seriously...), but even if they clean the controls off every 1 hour would be something. As for fun, it is a nice place for kids to have fun. There are some great games and you don't have to wait in lines for any of them. read more

Me and my husband took our son here to waste a few hours while everyone else went to the mall. My son thoroughly enjoyed it... He is seven years old. One of our complaints were the game cards. I feel like the cards took off more points than it was supposed to at times so I would much rather do the whole token deal versus have the cards. Another complaint would be us going over during happy hour to snag a cocktail and having to wait over 30 minutes even when the place was nowhere near packed. They did end up comping our drinks due to the long wait so that was a plus. Overall I would recommend this place but watch your card closely and skip the cocktails! read more

We went during their soft opening and experienced a whole mess of problems. Lack of knowledge was ram-pit, id say 30% of the games were either not working or had issues. We had to have our card reimbursed twice while there and only after waiting 2 hours for them to "find the manager". We weren't alone, there were 4 others that had issues but instead of waiting around most just left. Hopefully they get it together soon, more training is definitely needed as half the staff had no clue, and if all the games worked this would be a great place, kind of sad when you've been waiting on it to open for what seems like a year just to have it fall on its face during their soft opening. We spent about 3 hours here, 2 of them mainly waiting on the manager to "come back" so we could get reimbursed for all the games that didn't work. Be careful about swiping your card multiple times if it didn't work the first time. Bathrooms were half lit and dirty during the soft opening so id be concerned what they would be like during peak hours or even off peak hours. 2 staff standing up front, couple walking around the floors, but no one could take care of that? Very very disappointed in it, almost didn't write this review but I just couldn't get pass the blunder that was Game time this weekend. 2 Stars simply because the staff was at least pleasant, otherwise 1 star. Such a great time! We held my son's 7th birthday party in this location and it was absolutely perfect! The staff was very attentive and friendly! The managers were very accommodating and involved! The one and only reason why I am give 4 stars is because of the time allotted in the party room. You literally have only one hr to have your guest arrive eat, take pics and sing happy birthday. Everything went super fast and rushed. Nonetheless the management and the GameTime crew assisted with everything and even gave us an additional 30 mins since we were dealing with little ones and it was pretty hard to get everything done within the hr! Just a suggestion, consider making the party rooms at least 2 hrs minimum. They did have an option for additional 2 hrs but we couldn't book it because their was an another party coming in. I think a 2 hr window per party would be great! Either way we had so much in the arcade and the food was great, staff 100% amazing! We will be back! read more

Do not spend your money here. The kiosk printed off one card and was out of receipt paper and cards. So essentially it screwed up the whole transaction in the amount of $70. All Cherri Lorenz had to do to make it right was issue me another card and that would have been the end of it, instead she lied saying she couldn't do that. Instead she tried to charge me for a third card in the amount of $35 which would have put me up to $105. Cherri Lorenz lied directly to my face countless times once about the owners number and it is a general business listing shown in the card she handed me in pictures I added to this post. She also contradicted herself in several statements. The one card that did print out would not work either and when we told her that, she said yes it would kick it back to your bank. If that was the case Cherri then at the whole start of it why did you try to sell me a $35 dollar card when I clearly told you I purchased 2 $35 cards at the total of $70 when I showed you the transaction made from my bank. The story had so many holes in it I knew she was full of it. Too many in consistencies. All she had to do was either give me a refund or print me off two cards with the $35 point value and that would've been the end of. Also she had to hand write me a receipt which she wrote a false statement saying I was refunded. I have not been refunded yet. She thinks just because the kiosk screws up it will automatically refund me. They could not present me any proof that is what will happen, I'm just supposed to take their word for it.
