The host/ess was pleasant and clean the table we requested. My husband has a French onion soup and Cobb salad which were amazing. I ordered the Pork Osso Buco. It tasted good however , not impressive enough to order again. My Caesar salad was limp and the potatoes were okay. The sports bar atmosphere is always fun for us. The music was pleasant. Honestly, a pretty disappointing experience during lunch today. Got sat right away for lunch and immediately ordered waters from our waitress. Minutes later, ordered a zingers salad and zingers mountain melt. Not exaggerating, our food came out about 30 minutes after we ordered, to the point where the waitress told us "sorry for the wait on your food I have no idea what's going on in the kitchen since we're not busy, when you do the survey later make sure to rate my service 5 stars and you can make a note about the food." The mountain melt was not great, I've had better ones before. The worst part about our meal - the waitress took our Ziosk after tapping the first credit card and in front of us *gave herself 5 stars on every single survey question* and didn't even allow us to do it. I was flabbergasted but my fiancée is a server and I've heard stories of servers doing this before but *never* in front of a customer. The waitress then a SECOND TIME grabbed the ziosk after i tapped my card and did the same thing of giving herself 5 stars. I didn't even get to give an honest review in person where the management definitely reads the surveys. The food and service was not great. Ale House was very lively and energetic for the college football game on Saturday night. We got a booth in the perfect spot to watch. Our server Rachel was very nice, attentive and accommodating to our table. We all got an order of the zinger mountain melts, which by the way is a must try when you come here. They always hit the spot, and fills you up. The prices on their draft beer are very good as well. Even with a lot of people there to watch the game, I was pleasantly surprised how they kept the restaurant and bathrooms clean. Came in on a busy weekend but managed to be seated right away. Front desk was friendly. It was loud as there were sports games going on but not too loud for us. Potstickers were crispy and hot. Burger was juicy and egg was cooked perfectly. Pasta was large portion and tasted great. Salad was large and delicious. We were looking for something solid and had been to this location over 10+ years ago. We hit the Tuesday night special (discounted rack of baby back ribs with a side (we picked the mashed potatoes) and also went with the zing salad with garlic parmesan sauce. Zings are their boneless chicken tenders. The salad was really good - the combo of ranch dressing (on the side) and parmesan garlic sauce made the salad amazing. We came on Easter Sunday with family visiting from out of town and expected a wait, which was completely fine. Our server Kevin was great--friendly and attentive, and the food was good. Unfortunately, an interaction with the bartender (Kyle) completely changed the tone of the evening. After a simple drink mix-up, he came to our table and spoke to me in a rude and condescending manner, blaming me for the mistake and walking away while I was trying to respond. Later, he continued to pass by our table in a way that felt uncomfortable and confrontational. What should have been a special holiday dinner with family ended on a very negative note. Miller's Ale House is always exactly what it says on the tin, a sports bar with great food and a good atmosphere. The Zingers (sauced chicken tenders) are always a go to, and currently there are additional options for the summer menu. We decided to go for Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan sauces for our chicken. Both of which were excellent, and we are excited to try out some of the other sauces on offer. First of all, I want to say that I used to visit Miller's years ago when I lived here in Orlando and both the place and the food were fantastic. After a couple of years, now that I am visiting the city, I decided to come and eat after a long day of walking at Disney. I ordered a ribeye, medium-well, and my partner ordered a lobster ravioli. We were impressed by how badly cooked the food was and the general quality. We were even very excited because the Uber driver who took us from Disney told us that the place was still "very good." To make this review short, I'll get straight to the point. The meat was overcooked, it was almost inedible, very tough, and with many parts that you couldn't even chew. Honestly, I didn't expect much for a $20 ribeye, but this was insane. In addition, I ordered two sides of mashed potatoes and they had a very strange flavor, as if they were stored with other things and those things had passed their flavor to them. Terrible experience with the meat. I didn't even want to finish my beer. On the other hand, my partner ordered the lobster ravioli. They were old and poorly cooked, still raw when they arrived at the table, and I will upload the photos next. I didn't decide to complain or inform the waitress because it was already a bit late, around 12 a.m., and I just wanted to go back to the hotel to see if I could find something decent to eat. I paid my full bill and left the corresponding and fair tip for the waitress, since it wasn't her fault and she gave us very good service. Sadly and unfortunately, I can't say the same about the food. I would not return and I do not recommend anyone visiting Orlando to go to this location (since I don't want to think that everyone serves food as badly as this location). Last night in Orlando. Stopped in, hoping for some local beers for my friend. A little disappointed that there dont seem to be any local beers. I had enough alcohol for the week, so I had root beer. It wasn't a brand I knew, but I was pleasantly surprised. I had a strip stake with loaded mashed potatoes and caesar salad. The best part of the meal was desert. It was a ghirardeli brownie with ice cream and whipped cream. It was amazing. My friend doesn't typically desert spirit she's not someone who typically would have desert, but she shared it with me because the brownie was the perfect consistency. So let me start be saying that the Cilantro Chicken that I had was OUTSTANDING-period. I've been to this restaurant several times over the years but after playing golf over the years and I would normally just "settle" for the burger or fish and chips but today i chose the Cilantro Chicken and I was so impressed with the preparation and taste that I must admit that this was one of the five best dishes I've had over the past year.
