My experience was great! I made a party for boys & girls of 7 years old. I doubted a lot before renting because I read reviews and alerts about different companies that don't respect their agreement: they cancel the truck at last minute, they arrive late, they don't have enough good games for everybody, some consoles don't work, poor air conditioning, old equipment, etc, etc. I was really afraid they could ruin my son's big day. But I can assure they surpassed my expectations in all senses. The truck arrived perfectly on time, it was very clean and tidy, the coach was kind and nice with kids, all consoles worked well and have enough games and at no single moment did I feel they were trying to take advantage in any sense (not only they weren't counting minutes to go but they also stayed more time to let kids finish their games without stress). A lot of kids asked their parents to rent the same truck for their parties, they were so excited! I want to share my experience with doubting parents and give them the relief I didn't have till the truck arrived. I perfectly know how much parents invest economically and emotionally. But this worth every coin.(and the price is very convenient comparing other services that offer the same). Don´t let them persuade you they are safer and better only because they are more expensive. I have been reading some reviews below and they have NOTHING to do with my own experience. Since the first call Game Truck was always available for questions, and doubts. Kainos, one patient, and kind sales representative, gave me the option to send pictures of my house at her email just because I wanted to be sure they could park well. They had always answered me and never had been irritating with emails or phone calls I didn´t ask for.. The space inside the truck was comfortable enough for 20 7 year old kids. Of course they haven´t bathroom inside the truck!.the benefit of having the truck at home was the kids could go to our house for any reason they need and I didn´t have to be carring heavy things nor cake or beverages to a park or a party room as it usually happens. Another important point for me was the tranquility that the truck will be at home even though it rains. And that the kids will be most of the time entertained inside of the truck without the need of having a big space for them inside the house. read more

I booked Gametruck for my son's 15th birthday party. It was perfect. Could not have asked for better experience! So, I booked next year for my daughter's surprise 13th birthday party. Driver kept calling claiming to be on the way, but arrived an hour late. When he got there, the generator would not start. I had 12 upset kids. I had planned no other entertainment. The party was ruined. The Gametruck attendant said that my monies would be refunded AND I'd get a free party for the inconvenience. He said this in front the children. They did refund my money, but no follow up phone call or apology. No response about free party. I even followed up a few months later by email. Not a word! Now my youngest wants a Gametruck party. I think not! If you book, make sure you have a back up plan and don't expect so much as an apology if it goes bad. read more

I called GAME TRUCK at the eleventh hour with my fingers and toes crossed. My son's 13th birthday party was to be the NEXT DAY. Initially I was told they were booked but after calling back and "pleading my case" they were able to fit me in for the very next day in the last time slot which worked out perfectly! After a long day of celebrating the game truck was to be the "Grand Finale" SURPRISE at the end of the night. And...it was an absolute hit! The driver was arrived on schedule. He was warm and friendly and had the patience of Job with my rather large crew of 20 kids, all with different requests for different games. I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the truck and the overall experience. It was the best decision ever and for what it cost, you can't beat it! The GameTruck was the best birthday party ever! First off let me say that it is so worth the money you will spend. My 8 year old and his friends had the best time! Reserving the truck was very easy and accommodating. The gaming host was AMAZING!!! It would not have been a party without him. He was very patient with the 16 kids we had and didn't mind changing games constantly for our guests. We will definitely be using this company again and asking for the same gaming host. GameTruck Atlanta has done birthday parties for my 15 year old twins and 8 year old. It's an awesome video game experience. 16 kids were playing at once, they stayed on the GameTruck trailer. They provide Game Coaches to moderate the party and make sure everyone gets to play. It was completely turnkey. They rolled up, set up, asked us as parents which games were appropriate and the party started. I will definitely use them again. in fact I'm going to recommend it as for out next team meeting as a corporate team building activities. There's some colleagues I'd like to challenge on Halo. We scheduled this company for Laser Tag one of our youth group outings and it could not have been a better experience! These guys are an absolute 10/10! There was little to no set up on our part and our attendant, Matthew, was awesome and wanted to have fun just as much as the kids and was super happy to help us try and set up up different modes! We had it scheduled for 3 hours thinking the kids would get bored or tired after an hour or two but they enjoyed it so much that they played all the way to the 3 hour mark. The Game Truck was a unique and amazing way to celebrate my son's 10th birthday! Cody, our 'game expert' was awesome! He arrived (way out in Conyers, GA) EARLY, parked the truck EXACTLY where I requested and was very interactive and knowledgeable about all of the games. Although it was a child's party, the adults hovered around the truck and were in awe and very impressed with it too. My 8-year-old son attended a birthday party where GameTruck Atlanta was hired. He loved it and asked me to include them for his birthday. I booked online -- which was incredibly easy -- and never had to think twice about this part of his party. The game trunk was great what an easy party. The trunk arrived early and was all set up when the kids arrived ,16 10 year boys. The kids had alot of fun and there was no mess in the house. Just had a video game truck for my son's 7th birthday and everything was awesome. The driver called to let me know when he would arrive, he was there perfectly on time to set up and was so helpful with the kids. He knew all about the games and could help them play. We had such a great experience with Game truck! Most other gaming truck companies make you book at least 2 hours which can get quite expensive. Game truck allows you to book by the hour and give you the option of self booking online instantly, instead of having to leave a message and waiting for someone to call you back.
