This is a fun place for kids, because there are lots of video games. The machines no longer take tokens. You can purchase a game card with a specific amount of time for playing games. You simply insert the card in the machines and play as many games within the amount of time. The place is over-priced. They have coupons and email offers, but these are geared towards purchasing a large pizza with one topping. Michael, the person who helped us, was friendly and welcoming, but he tried up-selling us on everything. First, you can upgrade to an extra large family size pizza for $3.00 more. Then you can add extra toppings for $1.99 each. Each drink costs $2.79 each. 15 minutes of game play for one person costs $5.00. This is not the type of place I would visit frequently, but it's a nice place to take the kids on occasion. My one complaint is that they only offer Pepsi products. There are two drinks machines, and they could easily offer Pepsi on one side and Coke on the other side, but they only have Pepsi. If I had known this, then I would not have purchased a beverage.

When Sukuna said we were going to Chuck E. Cheese, my standards were low. But when I got here, my experience was quite exquisite. The staff, they were amazing! They all worked together so well! They reminded me of my 3 students. Next, the Pizza! The pizza was so fresh and hot! I loved it! I also tried their cotton candy which was so sweet, and as someone with a sweet tooth, I can say it was amazing. Sukuna told me that when Chuck E. Cheese comes out, he would have an aura around him which would remind me of many powerful people who I met in my days. I would also like to thank these 2 workers who were there! They seemed like Student and Teacher and they were amazing! . I will be having my birthday here soon, I hope to see everyone there!

Awesome place for kids of all ages. The games, pizza and especially the customer service was excellent, Especially by Keesha. (I probably misspelled her name). She was very friendly and positive. Thank you. We will be back.

This is probably one of the best Chuck E Cheese's locations and experiences that I've had since I was a child. I had the pleasure of visiting to celebrate my younger cousin's son's first birthday party. My cousin chose the party package, that included pizza, cake, dipping dots, beverages, and party favors. The package also gave two hour playing cards and this allowed our kids to play their hearts out. The service was outstanding from the staff and they're a variety of games for children of all ages. We ended up winning my three year old an awesome Chuck E Cheese basketball, that he will not put down. I highly recommend this location.

As long as you get her early, you stand a better chance at escaping without a massive headache. ;-) My boys love coming here and we come at least once a month. They open at 11am Sun-Fri and if you can get here right when they open, you'll sometimes find lots of tickets in the machines. They always have coupons online, so be sure to check them out. You don't need to print them- you can show from your phone and they'll accept them. They sell kid cups that are like $1.50 more but are reusable. You can bring them back each visit for free refills!

For birthday parties for kids younger than 8, this is the place to go. It's super cheap and the parties are well managed/organized and the pizza is really good. It's better than Dominos and Pizza Hut in my opinion. You get bonus tokens and tickets for the birthday boy/girl. The games are fun and there is a variety for kids of all ages. I'll have future birthday parties here.

My kids have fun here. I like to go on weekdays when it's quiet. You can get 30 minutes of unlimited playtime for 10 dollars! That's a pretty good deal! It was fine for my 2 year old. Sometimes they send out Chucky and he plays with the kids. We will be back!

Dont know when other review was posted but its def a clean location now!

However, this location really missed the mark all around. The bowling and games in particular are not well-maintained. - Food: We ordered the cheese stuffed crust pizza but they later told us the kitchen had run out (even though it was 6:30pm at the beginning of the week). The seasonal fruit that came with the kids meal was a very meager portion of 2 tiny watermelon pieces. - Bowling: They initially gave us Lane 5 but the right bumper was stuck in the up position. The worst part was that they admitted they knew that it was broken. On top of that, just a short while later, they gave the same lane to a new group!! I couldn't believe it. They reassigned us to Lane 6, which also had a broken bumper (half of the left bumper was gone). - Games: many of the games were broken and we wasted game points on them. The VR headset kept getting loose when we tried to put it in the tightest position. The basketball game to the very right didn't register points. The soccer game was not working at all. The bouncing tile game was missing tiles. One of the large basketball games got the balls stuck in the net. Overall, I would not recommend this location and would try to avoid it if I could.

Which was sad because we were supposed to be there to celebrate my son's 13th birthday. He was excited to try this place out. We drove over an hour to be disappointed. First we walk in an hour after opening on a Sunday, place was empty.......we walk right up to the counter and I tell the girl that I had looked the pricing up online and I knew I wanted to do the 3 race, game card, and k1 membership pass for 3 boys. She gave me a blank stare and then said oh you mean 2 race. Ok. Rude. But ok yeah that. She proceeds to ask the boys had they ever been there before. 1 of my sons friends says yes. So she goes you need to go check him on the computer with a waiver first because he has a membership so you won't pay for that part for him. Here I am thinking oh she is being helpful after being wrong. I smile. We go to computers do the waiver for 1 boy as instructed. We go back to the counter now 2 more groups have come in. We have to wait behind 1 group now since there is only one cashier/check in person although there were at least 5 other staff in the building including a manager. Anyway after we wait for that group to check in. I step back to the counter and THEN she proceeds to tell me oh you didn't do the waiver for the other two. I'm like you told me to do it only for the one that had been here before. So again we step out of line and go BACK to the computers. At this time I'm starting to get annoyed. By this time more people are coming in, so now my boys will have to wait behind several big groups when we arrived before ALL of these people. When I finally get back to the counter.....all boys are checked in. She got RUDE again. And wanted to loudly explain pricing to me and make sure I knew that the boys only got a $10 game card for what I was about to pay. Like VERY loud. I didn't hear her do this with any of the other groups that checked in before us and I hate to say this.......none of them were my complexion. Never once was I rude or matching her volume or tone. We actually walked in that place happy because we were supposed to be celebrating. Well anyway it didn't stop there. Once we got checked no instructions were given on what to do next outside of the girl at the counter giving me my receipt and their game cards. So my boys walked over to where you line up to go on the track and yet another employee was RUDE to them by telling them to back away from the gate and wait for someone to call them. They are EXCITED to be here Jeesh, so then after she yells at them they come over to me saying they not going to let her ruin the joy. They finally get called to race and all the boys are overwhelmed after the employees stopped the cars several time or slowed their speed down all during the race. Then in between their first and second race we went to their "arcade" which only has 12 games......which none of them are less than 40 credits for 1 game. $10 gets you 200 in credits. While one of the boys was in the process of playing a game they got called back for their 2nd race. It was EVEN worse than the first one. We decided to opt out of trying their food and went somewhere else to grab lunch. 0 stars would not recommend.

I came here on a work trip so there was a LOT going on: food buffets, bar mania, games of all sorts. Had I come here with a group of friends to play games and sip on a drink I think I would have had a different (read: better) experience. That said, I appreciate that B&B exists and what it's trying to do. Despite being here as part of a big group, the staff was perfectly lovely and patient. That's not always the case when it comes to dealing with large groups. The food menu is confusingly large and caters to about every taste.* I got a little grossed out at the thought of eating around so much dust. Board games and consoles are dirty/dusty. They show both easily. Eating around/in that didn't appeal to me. What *did* appeal to me, though, was the thought of drinking a potion. From the glass (straight up D&D) to the color (blue), I was all in. The Mana Potion had a lot of the right elements (gin, blue curacao, elderflower liqueur, lemon, and Sprite) but the extra zhuzh for our party was team too much. The edible glitter made the drink a bit thick and didn't do wonders for my stomach. It's a tough criticism because I was here for an extra sparkly drink/potion. Definitely on brand. For me, Battle & Brew is an odd space that could benefit from some editing. But, it looks like I am in the minority. I can agree with not being the target audience. So, gamers, have at it! *I didn't experience much in the way of GF/DF/VG options but, again, target audience.

I was truly excited to try this place because it is such a cool concept. Went yesterday for dinner…read morewith my husband, daughter, and my friend and her daughter. We opted for the board games for $7 so that we could play together at the table while we ate, which is a great idea in theory but the execution left a lot to be desired. Most of the games we tried to play were old, dirty (yuck), and incomplete. For example, we were unable to play Guess Who because both the red and blue lineups were missing people and many of the people cards were torn into pieces. We were able to play What Do You Meme, but it was obvious that most of the meme cards were missing, so we had to stop abruptly when we ran out of new cards. Since people are eating and playing, effort should be made to keep the games clean, or at the very least, provide hand sanitizer at each table so that guests aren't grossed out about handling dirty game pieces in between grabbing bites of their sandwich or other finger food. I just feel like even though $7 for board game play is reasonable, it felt far less justifiable after experiencing the issues I just explained. If you are going to charge people any amount to use the games, ensuring that those games are complete and sanitary seems like a reasonable expectation. Service was okay but most of the food did not even meet the okay standard. We started with mozerrela sticks, which were okay. The fries with all our meals were obviously the frozen bagged kind you can find at any grocery store. They added seasoning but it's not enough to hide the fact that you are eating frozen fries at a sit down restaurant. My husband ordered the Don't Call It Hotlanta chicken sandwich and I think that was probably the best tasting thing we all ordered. I ordered the ATLA with cheese and did not like it very much. The bread was too crispy, the cheese was cold, and the overall flavor just didn't do it for me. My daughter ordered the mac and cheese with a side of fries. It does say on the menu that it is Kraft mac and cheese. She didn't complain, but she's 12 and not too picky so no surprise there. I had a soda water, my daughter had a sprite, and my husband had two mixed drinks (I think margaritas). Our total bill including the $7 for a crappy board game experience came out to $94 before tip. It was not worth it and I would never return for dinner nor can I recommend that others consider this a worthy dinner spot. Nevertheless, it would be a cool spot to come to with a big group of friends to play the computer and video games while enjoying a few drinks and maybe an appetizer or two. I could see that being a fun experience and would be open to returning to play the video games with friends or maybe one of their event nights like trivia that sounds like a good time, but I won't come back specifically for dinner because there are far better place to get a far superior meal for that price around here. So, at the end of the day, two stars is my review for the dinner and board game experience, but it would probably be closer to a 4 for just video games and drinks or events because I don't think there is anything else like it around here. I am not 100% on pricing for the video games but I think I saw something like $20 per hour, which I think might be a little pricey. However, I am not a big gamer myself so I may not be the best judge of that.

Afterwards, the kids headed to the Video game section. Super bummed I didn't get the guy's name, but he helped me navigate refilling some cards and getting set up so the kids could go wild.
