I paid $6,000 for maternity care and only attended three appointments before deciding to transfer to another provider. After leaving, I requested a refund minus the cost of the care I actually received, which I felt was a reasonable request. Initially, I was offered only a $1,000 refund, which I did not feel reflected the limited services that were provided. After nearly two years of back-and-forth communication trying to resolve the situation, Galina eventually agreed to refund $3,000. However, despite that agreement, the refund was never actually provided. Over the course of this process I repeatedly followed up politely by email asking for updates or a timeline, but the situation was never resolved. Meanwhile, I had to seek care elsewhere and even pay out of pocket for emergency care through another provider. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating. I paid $6,000 and after months of trying to resolve things respectfully, I was left without the agreed refund and with very little care provided.

You may have a long wait time if you didn't have an appointment but, I think that's to be expected. *They have liaisons to assist you with applying for SSDI, Medicare, and other benefits. CONS: *The parking situation is usually a nightmare. *You cannot contact your doctor or their assistant directly. You must go through the appointment department and they are not always efficient or polite. And, sometimes they are awesome. Unfortunately, it is hit or miss with them. You must stay on top of the situation. One of my personal experiences with Citrus after contacting an unprofessional law firm for help with my SSDI case: I went to Citrus Health Network, a local community healthcare/mental health clinic and met with Lauren, their Social Security Liaison. Within a few months she helped me to get approved for SSDI and Medicare. I received three years' worth of back benefits very quickly. I had my first of many needed surgeries shortly after that and it was fully covered by Medicare. Lauren accomplished what I couldn't, working around the clock for three years, in just a few months. She was so pleasant and easy to work with. She answered and returned calls either immediately or close to it every time. She stayed right on top of everything on both my end and with Social Security. She is a true Angel. All of her time and service was completely free of charge. YES, FREE! I kept 100% of all three years of back pay. She was always professional and caring. If you are in need of benefits please check with your local community clinics to find out if they have a benefits liaison before contacting lawyers. She saved me so much time and money. He set me up with a sonogram, right there in the office - I don't have to go to 2 different places, and wait until the report is read. He gave me medicine from my intercystial Cystitis, which he knew about the disease. Very Impressed. Dr. Liana Mendoza was fantastic, since she read my digital file that I filled out prior to the visit, she asked me what can she do to help, and how was my medication working? I told her the truth, and she consulted me on the current medication, and made some suggestions. The medication was sent to the Pharmacy and ready in no time. I have my follow ups in 2 weeks, either virtual or an office visit. In between appointments, I receive a call from Melissa at Customer Service letting me know that if there is anything I need to please save her number and call her at anytime. I am glad that I finally found a place where the office personnel treat me like a person, not a number. I have made a new place me.
