I have been to several birthday parties here with my boys- it seems to be THE place for parties for the 7-9 year old crowd! I like to play it too, sometimes we go as a family on Thursday nights when they have a great special- from 6-11 it's half price. It's the perfect way to be active with your kids. You get to pick your own code name, sign in and go to the combat room where they suit you up in your game gear. Then you are separated into two groups, when you go to the game room it's game on! Be sure to wear clothes that won't glow in the dark (white) because it makes you an easy target and be ready to run and play. The cool thing about it is there is a window where you can sit and watch the action inside if you don't play. Sometimes grandparents who can't play like to watch too. The staff here is great and I recommend it for any type of outing- the maximum number of participates is 40 so you can bring a youth group or even a corporate group. For a 30 minute session it's $11.00 and it's $16.50 for an hour. 30 minutes is always long enough for us!
