I would not recommend the arcade at all! I recently went with friends for a daytime outing. Most of the games were broken. Some of the broken ones weren't labeled broken. We basically stayed about 20 mins and lost most of the money we put on our game cards to broken machines. Then laser tag had a sign saying it was down as well so we couldn't try that. The bowling looked like it was okay but we did not try it that day. We basically went to plan #2 for our day outing once we experienced the arcade. Frequently there are machines in the arcade that are broken. You swipe your card to play only to discover the game machine controls are broken. Found old pizza in one of the games. Bowling lanes are fine. Generally not a lot of emphasis is put on customer care and service. With a little more effort with maintenance and customer care, Premier Lanes could be a stellar place for families to enjoy an afternoon or evening. read more

Disappointing. We paid for two lanes. Twelve games on one lane and twelve on the other. They cut our lanes off after six frames on the first lane and nine on the other. Why would i pay for 24 frames if i'm only going to get 15?? Might just be a character flaw of mine, but I kinda like to get what I paid for. read more

The place looks awesome, but I am truly baffled by what I experienced tonight. I took my family of four to go bowling, two adults and a 4 and 2 year old. We arrive and the big board with a wait list has 3 names. 2 vips, 1 normal Bowl. I talk to the young lady and let her know I want one hour of bowling. She tells me hold on, and a gentleman comes over and says it will be an hour and forty-five minute wait. We say thanks but no thanks, and leave. My four year old asks to look around and I agree, and let her know we will come back another day when they aren't so busy. We check out the arcade, looks great. We see the bar area, great for adults! Then we see it, the bowling lanes. But lanes 1-11 are not being used at all. I attached a picture. I was truly amazed by what I saw. A near two hour wait, for what? There was a very gracious family waiting, and I salute their patience in this matter. I left and I honestly don't know if I'll ever go back. This was truly astonishing, and a WHAT THE HECK, situation. If this is how the malco lanes does business, count me out. read more

The Arcade is terrible. I took my grandsons today and there were 13 games broken. They played for 20 minutes and were through playing all the games that were age appropriate. If they can't or won't maintain the equipment, then they need to close it. Then maybe someone else can open one. read more

The bowling was great. 8-14 pound balls (so a 5 star there) everything worked great but their "arcade" had over half of the games "out of order" yet the majority of the multiplayer games were not working properly which made date night a sad event. Great place to go but definitely don't invest in the arcade. I wasted way to much money here for it to be even considered to other families and couples. Premier lanes is garbage in the arcade department. Save your money and go somewhere better like Main Event and Dave and Busters. read more

I went to Premier Lanes and spent $6 on mozzarella sticks and $10 on a pitcher of beer which is way over priced. Around 10:20 pm the very rude security lady kicked us out claiming "they were closing early" when it clearly states that they close at 11 pm. She stared us down and made us feel very uncomfortable. We had one set left of bowling at 11pm and they forced us out. I worked at a restaurant at home and the close time was 11pm. The amount of times I stayed till 1 am while in highschool is ridiculous. I just guess good customer service doesn't come around often in Oxford Mississippi. Easily one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced in in my life. The place is definitely priced for groups, but the arcade and bowling they have there is a LOT of fun and has something for all ages. The Oxford inspired mural above the lanes is very cool and gives the place a fun vibe. I would definitely come back with a group of friends and bowl a bit and have a few drinks. My friends and I went here last weekend. Had to wait an hour to bowl. My boyfriend is a ten year old at heart, and so he wanted to check out the arcade since it looked pretty cool. 90% of the games were broken. What's up with that?? Laser tag was also not operating. There was a ping pong table, so we wanted to play ping pong, but one of the employees said they didn't have any balls. The prizes for the arcade games are pretty weak, and I watched the employee running the cashier in the prize room snap at a a little girl when she asked him a question..it was very unprofessional. There is a fire pit and seating outside which looked really nice, until one of my friends sat in the chair and it collapsed because it was broken. Finally, the whole bowling alley reeked of a foul odor. This place could be a lot better if they actually cared about keeping it well- maintained. read more

I came here for a social event one night when I came to Oxford, Mississippi for a conference. I had a lot of fun even though I got gutter balls half the time I played. There was a room that had a handful of bowling lanes to the right side after you walk in at the entrance and was separated from the rest of the bowling lanes by a wall. I guess that particular room was reserved for the people attending the conference. That particular room had TVs in between the lanes that was also showing a movie but nobody was really watching the movie since we were all having a great time bowling instead. Each lane also had a touchscreen computer where you can customize the score board to different themes and came with a camera that you can take pictures of yourself or others to be used as a profile picture when it is your turn to bowl. The touchscreen computer also has a group chat that you can send messages to other people. So this bowling place is the most high tech one I have ever been too. I don't know the prices since everything was already paid for but I would want to come back here to bowl again if I come back to Oxford, Mississippi. read more

This was absolutely the worse experience I've ever had!! This was my 3rd time trying to bowl and maybe the 20th time at the arcade. My friends and I have tried to come in every week for the past month to bowl and after countless 2-3 hr waits with lanes not being used we finally decided to sit and wait for an hour and a half for a game. Even though more than 10 lanes were open and were not used until we left. When we asked to add one person to our line up the girl was rude and told us no. Which I understand if it was policy but she could of been more polite. While waiting we ordered food, DO NOT order the pickles they are saltier than the girl at the front register. Overall wish I could give negative stars. But one star goes to the arcade which is always fun! read more
