The place looks awesome, but I am truly baffled by what I experienced tonight. I took my family of four to go bowling, two adults and a 4 and 2 year old. We arrive and the big board with a wait list has 3 names. 2 vips, 1 normal Bowl. I talk to the young lady and let her know I want one hour of bowling. She tells me hold on, and a gentleman comes over and says it will be an hour and forty-five minute wait. We say thanks but no thanks, and leave. My four year old asks to look around and I agree, and let her know we will come back another day when they aren't so busy. We check out the arcade, looks great. We see the bar area, great for adults! Then we see it, the bowling lanes. But lanes 1-11 are not being used at all. I attached a picture. I was truly amazed by what I saw. A near two hour wait, for what? There was a very gracious family waiting, and I salute their patience in this matter. I left and I honestly don't know if I'll ever go back. This was truly astonishing, and a WHAT THE HECK, situation. If this is how the malco lanes does business, count me out.

    Bowling shoes.

Recently went there and was told that kids 9 and older will no longer be allowed to have bumpers. I have two older kids with disability's and was told that it does not matter and these are the rules by guy who would thinks wearing sunglasses inside when its dark is proper while talking to customers and explains he is the manager btw and its rules like it or leave is what I was told. How are kids supposed to enjoy the game or get better when they are hitting the gutter all the time. If you managed better and walked your floor you can prevent the older kids you so blame from acting out and throwing the balls at bumpers like you claim instead standing in groups and not doing nothing. You lost 9 years of business and birthdays from friends and family over laziness to manage.

Staff was disengaged. I didn't even touch the food considering everything else I saw. The half-finished paint job that's been there for over 8 months mixed with the 90s food court cup colors really made me feel at home. I also appreciated the broken arms on the chairs, and the random half booth and table. The bar felt like a Mexican restaurant. And don't get me started on the worst Spotify-free music playlist I've ever heard. It was vulgar, completely no-name artists, and was just depressing. Top notch ceiling tiles too. Sagging, torn, or covered in mold. Drive to Bartlett. This place is a Gutterball.

However, the alley was maybe half full on a Saturday. I planned to bring a cake and then told there's a $15 cake fee that offered no paper plates nor utensils. They do serve food, there's a bar in the back along with an arcade and prizes. When we arrived, they were out of pizza, then maintenance had to fix our lane several times because the bowling balls got stuck and the screens froze up. While they do have the essentials for a bowling alley, the alley in its entirety could definitely use some cleaning (the restrooms were filthy) and renovations.
