Just in time for Halloween Season, I received an mail with a magazine that has a coupon to Monster Mini Golf. I looked at some of the magazine's photos and thought the concepts looked cool! So some friends and I decided to check the place out. It was just amazing when we walked through those doors. The staff were friendly and amazing. This is a fun addition to the Memphis/Cordova area! I went during Spring Break with the kiddos and we had an awesome time. It was an easy process getting everyone checked in, seated, and off to playing golf and games. We started with food! They have a package where you can get pizza, games, golfing, and laser tag for a flat rate if you bring a group in. I ordered pizza and a soda for the kiddos and they enjoyed. I also order nachos and wings separately and both were pretty good. Once we ate we started with golf (you can start in any order, but we chose to start with golfing). It is adult and kid friendly, last about 30 minutes, and keeps you active and engaged the entire time. Next up were games! The arcade has a great selection of games. The kids enjoyed going from game to game. They are pretty inexpensive. You can play games anywhere from .50 to $2.50. Be careful with the card. Its digital, so you can easily double tap the card without trying and lose money unintentionally. The laser tag was the final activity and we truly enjoyed. It was fun and just the right amount of time. At the end of our visit, we cashed in our tokens at the gift shop. They have pretty cool prizes. This is a great place. The staff, pricing, and overall experience is definitely worth the visit! read more

Monster Mini Golf with Yelp Elite was really cool! I can't remember the last time I played mini golf so this was a nice (FREE) outing in the middle of the work week. That's the perk of being on the Yelp Elite Squad! From what I saw, it was pretty affordable so it would be great for families and groups. This location has private rooms for parties, cool games, laser tag and snack bar. The only thing they are missing is WINE. But I'll let them slide this time. This was our first time at this new location. My husband brought me and my 4 year old son to try out this awesome new spot. When you first walk in it's an arcade, you check into the desk to buy a round of mini golf or laser tag. They do honor first responder, military and student discounts. After we got a round of laser tag the employee kindly walked us over to explain how it works and let us choose a ball. Everything glows in the black light, even the mini golf sticks and balls. We had a great time! The staff were very accommodating. One offered my son an extra challenge game for a glow in the dark maraca and encouraged him during his game! The decor is awesome, it's all related to the local area--spooky style. You can spot Elvis, Sun studio, and other local icons in the art. There's also animated creatures that move during your game like monsters and a big T Rex. Definitely the best mini golf experience I've had hands down (played a lot in Phoenix,AZ and at top golf). If I could give 6 stars I would. We will be back for sure and definitely recommend this place for a birthday party venue. read more

First this place is located in a great location with plenty of parking. If you need an idea for date night, kids birthday party or just find something fun to do, this is a great place to come to. They have a full party room area. Plenty of arcade games and a glow in dark mini golf course. There is a cafe on the property serving pizza and other finger foods. Turrible. The only thing scary about this place is how fast your money can go out the window. You know what I miss? The 80's, back when you could put a quarter in machine and know exactly how much it cost. The video games are all over the place when it comes to "swiping the card." One machine is $0.50, another is $1.50, and another $2.50. Pretty inconsistent. It only took 15 minutes to go thru $40 and my kid was in the restroom for 6 of those minutes too! We didn't play miniature golf. We were ready to leave but the course looks po dunk, if you know what I mean. Turn the hourglass over cause time is running out on this place. read more

For the arcade, you can load up a card with money to play the games, which cost about $1.50 per play. Nice low-key spot off Trinity in Cordova. The decor is a dope combination as an ode to the city fused with the theme. The place was pristine and clean. All the bad kids ruin it for the good kids. When we were younger we were allowed to go to the movies, the mall and putt putt by ourselves. My daughter and her friends wanted to go this past weekend, but no you have to have an adult. What kids want their parents around while having fun. None. And they weren't even allowed to hang inside till I came back back to pick them up. They were told to move it outside. Just crazy! read more

We had a great time at Monster Mini Golf!! For $40, we got $30 of gaming in the arcade and a round of mini golf for two. We went on a Saturday afternoon, and there was a 45 minute wait to play mini golf. That wasn't a problem for us, because there were lots of fun games to play in the arcade. We rarely had to wait to play a game, and each game gave you a decent amount of play time. When it was our turn to play mini golf, they notified us via text message. They made sure the group in front of us was 2-3 holes in before we started to ensure we weren't having to wait on them to play. It was such a fun course! I don't know who does their art work, but it was amazing!! The course was the right amount of challenge! My husband and I tied, so we will have to visit again for a rematch. read more

The best place to have a lot of FAMILY fun! It is nice to see a place in memphis where the staff is awesome, kind and care about keeping a safe family friendly environment. SO much fun. Highly recommend! There is so much to do, you can easily spend hours there. They have mini golf, an arcade, laser tag. There is a small cafe with food, the typical things kids love. We love Monster Mini Golf Cordova AND its owners, managers! They are funny, sweet, goofy and welcoming. We've only been twice now and plan to hold our twin 6-year olds' birthdays there.
