Having said that there's tons of cool stuff in here so I can see why people really like this place and even though their prices are on the high side I think it's a great addition to the mall and well done to this store for evolving the way they have.

The layout is fantastic and it just feels like this shop gained a new level. They did though, it's now two floors... We grabbed some packs of trading cards to celebrate and cannot wait to come back and hang out here more. I may even have to work remotely from here once in a while just for the vibes alone.

I was overwhelmed with their amazing vinyl and 7' collection as well as the many blind boxes. I ended up getting a rainy day Sonny Angel that I can't wait to open! Unfortunately, the experience went downhill the moment I walked in. One employee immediately gave me a harsh look and stared at me from across the room. I didn't even realize he worked there at first, so I tried to move out of his line of sight. Another employee eventually approached me, and I explained that it was my first visit and I wanted to look around before asking questions. He was friendly and helpful -- I honestly wish he had been the one assisting me the whole time. Instead, the first employee eventually came over and asked if I needed anything, but his tone and body language made me feel unwelcome, as if he wanted me to leave rather than browse. It took the excitement out of what should have been a fun first visit. Bottom line: the store itself was great, but the attitude from that particular employee made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.
