It was easy to get the party booked, they confirmed a week prior, the communication was on point! On the day of the party they arrived 20 minutes early to get set up- they strategically parked the trailer to position it perfectly to keep the kids safe. Our party host was Joe and he was awesome! He was very professional and respectful and worked well with the 17 children at the party. Joe kept everyone engaged and helped with any game difficulty they might encounter. He found something for everyone- had great game selections. Everyone had an awesome time. This party exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend them.

We received confirmation at booking and they emailed 2 days in advance to confirm again. The day of the party comes and they are supposed to arrive for setup at 3:45. At 3:55 we start trying to call them without success. Leave a voice mail. Send an email. NO RESPONSE whatsoever. We are left to entertain 12 kids at our house for the party. My son is fairly bummer on his birthday. We call multiple times with NO RESPONSE whatsoever. A week later, still no response. I have no clue how they have a good rating when something like this can happen. I understand things happen sometimes and you can't fulfill a commitment, but you follow up and explain and try to make it right. At least communicate. This level of service really just means they don't care about their commitment, and whether your kid gets the party they expected for their birthday. Don't care to give you even a few minutes warning that you need to make a new plan for your kid's party. I'm sure they can deliver nice parties on the times they show up, but know you are absolutely rolling the dice. Strongly advise you not do business with this company, they should not be in the service business. Look somewhere else. I'll also point out, there are similar reviews on Yelp that are "not currently recommended" for some reason. Not sure if that is Yelp or Roll On Up.

They did a great job of setting up the truck and even play music during the entire party time. When we book the trip we were offered by two hours get an additional hour for free. The kids love the variety of game systems and games offer. They were able to take terms and even had some of the staff interact with them and play the games with them as well. We love that the truck is family owned and operated. They showed all of the guests nothing but respect and Kept a great eye on the children as well. We would love to book with them again It made sure that we passed their information along to all of the parents that we know. They also had business cards to give out to the other parents as they arrived. The truck was clean and organized. The kids also really in love the LED lights that changed as they played their games. The screens were nice and big.

I booked a gaming truck for my son's 10th birthday. I got a confirmation email that the booking request was received and then my PayPal was deducted the $100. I feel like I talked via email to someone to confirm, but I never could find that email. In July I emailed ensuring that we were on the schedule, and I saw my 4pm slot was greyed out online. All good! This week I've been swamped with work, trying to get ready for my son's party & out of town guests. I have been looking out for some sort of communication from them for the pat few days, but there's been no communication. Yesterday morning I sent an email seeing if there's anything else I need to do. By early afternoon I had not gotten a response, so I go on their website to find a phone number. As I'm searching I see that it says payment is due 5 days before so yes I agreed to it (no problem, never has been, but it was so strange that no one has reached out for payment, and honestly I forgot about this 5 day thing.... I booked in April!). But if I got an invoice, I would have paid. And then I see our 4pm slot for 9/3 is now available, and I got worried (see screenshot). I called Sophia. She told me that I didn't pay so she cancelled after 3 email attempts!! She NEVER even tried to call me. Then she said that they are already booked for tomorrow so she can't help me (although their website clearly says all slots are open). She never apologizes and is basically like "well, it is what it is. There's nothing I can do". Yes, I was heated as my 10 year old was sitting right beside me listening to this with tears welling up in his eyes bc his gaming truck is not coming. I was not yelling, in fact I was in the lobby of DPAC dealing with this, about to go see Wicked with my boy. I was not yelling and I was not rude. I did heatedly tell her that I can't believe they do business like this. AND SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! How do you cancel a reservation without making every attempt to get in touch with the person who booked it?! The ONLY mention of this 5 day thing is on the booking page. I'll add screenshots of policies, it's not there. I told her I've searched my inbox, there are no emails from her (see attached image.... nothing), and I asked what email she sent it to.... she looked and said "your first name and last name @gmail.com". I said that's not my email. My email has my middle initial in it between first and last. She goes "oh yeah, it was that email". I have now asked for screenshots of emails. Unbelievable she blamed it all on me! Asking me why didn't I call if I knew payment was due 5 days before bc I agreed to that when I booked. Again, I booked in April! Blaming the customer... how disrespectful. I rely on the company to bill me and tell me when a payment is due, and call me if perhaps it slipped through the cracks and there's no response. We even had an email thread going, and she didn't even attempt to reply to that. There's a part of me that wonders if they were ever going to show up, and if this is a scam. She took my $100 deposit (that she refuses to give back) and blames me, claiming that the customer should just remember to contact her to pay 5 days in advance. No where on policies does it say the things she's suggesting about payment and cancellation. It's shady!!!! If you want a reliable gaming company, go with GAME ON. I called them after this BS, begging them to help us. My 10 year old was in tears at the DPAC, so upset over this cancellation, and Game On went above and beyond to make sure that one of their gaming trucks will be here for us tomorrow!! Carolina Gaming is unreliable and I do not trust them. Stay away if you want the truck to actually show up at your kid's party.

If I had my own friends I would book it for an adult Foam party. lol. I booked it for a my daughter 2 year party and again for 4. They had a lot more fun as a 4 then 2. The foam is soft and gentle. The host brings some toys but we had our own as well. The host also plays music. I booked for 1.5 hours. But the kids were wore out within a hour. I absolutely love it. You do have to have some water access for hookup. But I would recommend considering the sun exposure when deciding on locations. Only thing I encountered was losing the kids in the foam. lol. Have to do a headcount every so often. lol

The bus is spacious, clean, and equipped with Nintendo, Xbox, PS, etc. We had a blast and I'd recommend them for a kid's (or adult's) birthday party or an event like I attended if you need something for guests to entertain themselves. We have a roadside & tow company so we offered to help with that. My husband went to try to help. They wouldn't even let my husband try a jump start. The employee wouldn't even turn the key so we can assist. At this point you can tell they overbooked, or just didn't want to do the party. The options gaming excursion gave me: Refund, they come later on, 5ish (So I'm supposed to tell my guest to come back at 5 or stay until they get here) or come back another day!!!! The kids was excited to see them but all they got to see was an empty parking lot. (We run 3 businesses and would NEVER!! This company very unprofessional, today was all about making memories and an apology can't fix that!
