I have responded to you when you have inquired about status by email on several occasions, and informed you that we had multiple trials this Spring in this two-attorney Firm, including two VERY big trials NEXT week, on March 19, 2012. Everyone here at Inserra & Kelley has been working long hours 6-7 days a week most weeks in 2012. Yet, I receive calls from Mr. XXX, and now receive this email below from another party, so I think it is in everyone's best interests if you seek other counsel to handle this claim/lawsuit." After the initial divorce hearing Ms. Andrews sucked me into filing an appeal and again she failed to address any of the issues that the appeal was about. Rather than address those issues she chose to basically reiterate everything in the divorce decree and so my appeal was simply just an unnecessary expenditure. Like any other contractor, she requested money up front (her so called retainer) which she received and regrettably that was more than her services were worth. Due to Ms. Andrews inability to effectively represent my interests and fulfill her contract as my attorney my ex has been allowed to sever all my contact with our child, nor will her parents let me speak with or see my child... It's now been four years and yet Ms. Andrews still has done absolutely nothing. I also have yet to get any of my personal effects. Property that my ex has is still in my name, but since there were (unbelievably) no provisions put in the divorce decree my ex isn't required to seek financing to get them in her name. She is constantly late with payments and has destroyed my credit and Ms. Andrews refuses to do anything to put a stop to this as well. I am now at the point where filing bankruptcy is going to be necessary.

My wife had an accident Aug 2019, she was not at fault, she went to Inkelaar law office for help. The 1st person working on the case explained to us that my would be reimbursed for car rental and out of pocket med expense. Two months into the case the gal that was working the case got fired, after that inkelaar got my wife 8000 dollars 14 months later and told her she would get another check for car rental and out of pocket med expense. Well another month goes by and he tells my wife there is not more money because they ran out of money. Haven't had of a insurance company running out of money. Inkelaar just did not want to push it. My wife lost her job because of all this. And now being told to just eat the car rental and out of pocket med bills we paid. Would not send my worst enemy there.
