With young four kids at home, I wanted to feel confident that I was in expert hands, and that's exactly what I found here. From the first consultation through recovery, everything felt thoughtful, organized, and incredibly patient-centered. Every member of the staff was kind, responsive, and genuinely supportive, which made a potentially stressful experience feel surprisingly easy. What really stood out was the level of personal care. During the Blizzard of '26 -- when most of the city was essentially shut down -- Dr. Neinstein himself came to check on me at my hotel to make sure I was doing well. That level of dedication is rare and speaks volumes about who he is as both a surgeon and a person. Traveling for care can feel intimidating, but this team made the entire process seamless. I always felt informed, safe, and completely supported every step of the way. The outcome is beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. If you are considering traveling for expert care and exceptional results, I would recommend Dr. Neinstein and his incredible team without hesitation.

Dr. Chris Funderburk himself has been a pleasure and has done great work for me. This review is not about him--he gets 5 stars. I came in for my first laser facial with Nurse Tara Adashev on 2/17/2026 using the Lutronic Ultra system. I had generally great skin but wanted to improve some minor childhood acne scarring and a separate surgical scar. The procedure went well, and I was instructed to stay out of the sun for 7 days before returning to my normal routine. I followed those instructions and had no issues. Three months later, I returned for a second treatment. I was told it would be the same Lutronic Ultra treatment but on a higher setting. Before the procedure, numbing cream was applied to my face and neck. It is supposed to remain on for at least 30 minutes, but Nurse Tara came in after only about 20 minutes and wanted to begin. I told her my face was still not numb and that I wanted to wait longer. She insisted I would be fine and started anyway. The procedure was extremely painful, and I spent much of it squirming with tears running down my face. Afterward, I texted Office Manager Becca Feldman to ask how long I should avoid sun exposure. She told me 7 days. Assuming the post-care instructions were the same as my first treatment, I followed that advice. After 7 days, I went outside wearing SPF 70 sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses. That turned out to be a major mistake. I developed severe burning and hyperpigmentation across my face, particularly on my cheeks and forehead. Even worse, the treatment left two visible scars on my neck and one on my face near my left temple. After several weeks with no improvement, I contacted the office. Rather than showing concern, I was told by Nurse Tara that I should have avoided the sun for 2 weeks, not 1 week, despite having been instructed otherwise by Becca Feldman via text. I received no apology for the incorrect post-care instructions or for the scars that resulted. I was also informed that I had not received the Lutronic Ultra treatment I requested. Instead, I was told a more powerful CO2 laser had been used. The day before this procedure, my skin was nearly flawless with an even complexion. Now I am dealing with severe hyperpigmentation and permanent facial and neck scarring. After spending nearly $30,000 at this clinic over time, I requested a refund for this treatment and was denied. What has been most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. No apology from Office Manager Becca Feldman for providing incorrect post-care instructions. No apology from Nurse Tara Adashev. No apology from anyone at the practice. Instead, they kept the more than $1,500 I paid and offered a prescription for skin-bleaching cream to address the damage. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this practice for laser treatments. The inconsistent post-care instructions, lack of communication, and refusal to take responsibility for a poor outcome have been deeply disappointing. Anyone considering laser procedures here should proceed with extreme caution.

He is an artist and I could not be happier with my results. Within 2 weeks of my surgery, I was already going on dates with no issue. My office experience was also amazing. The staff makes you feel very welcomed and were very attentive with any questions I had. They always responded right away and were very kind. They are honestly great. If you're considering rhinoplasty surgery, I would strongly recommend Dr. Pearlman as it is literally his area of expertise. He has experience, is highly regarded by other highly regarded surgons, and my recovery time was very easy (seven days) thanks to his skill. It's been one year since my procedure and I am so glad I did it. Zero regrets.

This was one of the most jarring medical experiences I've ever had. From the moment I arrived, the…read moretone was cold, dismissive, and completely devoid of compassion. I paid for a consultation and left feeling disrespected. The surgeon seemed disinterested from the beginning, interrupting constantly and responding to concerns with smug, passive-aggressive and slightly creepy remarks. Rather than listening or engaging with empathy, he treated the entire conversation like a performance--one in which he needed to feel superior, and I was expected to play along. Here's the truth: It's already hard enough to go through surgery. To live in a body that doesn't feel like your own. To come in seeking help. But what makes it worse--what adds lasting damage--is when a doctor chooses to be cruel instead of kind. Especially when that cruelty is completely unprovoked and done to a vulnerable person seeking support. It's perfectly reasonable for a surgeon not to want a case. But what's not fine is treating someone who showed up with hope, vulnerability, and money in hand like they are a nuisance or a problem to be managed. This wasn't medical care--it was an ego trip. And it left me feeling icked out, with a negative perception of a person who could have helped me. If you value a sliver of emotional intelligence, integrity, professionalism, empathy, or even basic respect in a dr, look elsewhere.

Further, Dr. Bedri's bedside manner is unsurpassed; he is patient and compassionate and will take as much time as necessary to answer every little question. When I heard about Dr. Chalfoun I made an appointment as soon as possible. The last one I spoke to several years ago (and ENT, and plastic surgeon) brushed me off with a shocking manner. Dr. Chalfoun was very nice and willing to listen to what I had dealt with. I laid out everything I had been experiencing for years, and even how I had been dismissed by the previous doctor. He was shocked by the previous doctor's words, "It sounds like you have allergies and want a nose job," and attitude. After waiting for the nosebleed I was having when he first walked into the exam room to stop, conversation, and a brief exam he basically said that the same thing as the previous doctor only with nicer wording. He also said that it seems I am able to get air through my nose. I had never once said I couldn't. I did however make it clear that half my nose has a tendency to close on its own while I'm sleeping. He said this was most likely due to dryness, despite me having told him that humidifiers are very active in my house since my father and I both suffer from nasal issues due to dryness. Despite everything I described experiencing and how everything has escalated over, again, NEARLY 30 YEARS he wanted to refer me to an allergist. I told him that I had taken every over-the-counter product for years, some simply out of desperation. Apparently, this was nothing. He also looked at me numerous times like I was lying. This is how you treat a client, or anyone who comes to you for help? I made it clear early on that I was tired of taking pills and using products and wanted a real solution. I do understand that not every deviated septum requires surgery. But what more needs to be done to prove that I need help? Did he need to see me having a significant nosebleed, or heavy swelling in my sinuses? I have a feeling he would have simply handed me some cotton or prescribed me something. While looking through reviews prior to making my appointment, I found it odd that a doctor who supposedly specialized in rhinoplasty (someone in the office told me this when I made the appointment), didn't appear to have any reviews regarding this. I should have seen this as a sign. He would rather push a client off onto another doctor to pack more pills in rather than help a person who has probably taken multiple products already. It makes you wonder what he does for other clients, say one who wants implants. If someone came in claiming that they're unhappy with their current state and it has given them anxiety and depression for years, would he simply suggest they get therapy off onto a therapist and get a medication? I have a feeling he wouldn't. I regret this visit. A word to anyone in this office if you happen to read this: ask the client before they waste their time coming in if they have ever been to an ENT or allergist, because the doctor won't help them if they haven't. Although, after my experience, it looks like he'll push you in that direction anyway.
