Dr. Breslow came highly recommended to me by a friend. I had originally considered consulting with another surgeon as well, but after my consultation with him, I knew I didn't need to. I knew he was going to be my surgeon. One of the things I appreciated most about Dr. Breslow was that he really listened to what I wanted. I knew I wanted larger implants and told him I wanted to go as large as my frame would reasonably allow without looking ridiculous. I was a little worried I would end up with a surgeon who would try to talk me into going smaller or push their own idea of what would look best. Dr. Breslow didn't do that. He listened to me, understood exactly what I was trying to achieve, and somehow made it look even better than I had pictured. The size and placement are perfect for my body, the shape is beautiful, and the symmetry is incredible. He also never made me feel rushed. He took his time answering all of my questions and educating me about the procedure and what to expect. He is extremely knowledgeable, but explains everything in a way that makes you feel comfortable and confident in what you're doing. His staff is just as amazing. Everyone is so warm and welcoming, but I especially have to mention Oliwia. She was incredibly helpful throughout my recovery and was always there when I had a question or concern. There were several times I emailed her during recovery and she would respond within hours, if not sooner. I never felt like I was on my own trying to figure out whether something was normal. I was really nervous about the pain and recovery before surgery, and Dr. Breslow and his staff did a great job of easing those nerves and making the whole process feel manageable. Everything from my first consultation through surgery and my post-op appointments went so much more quickly and smoothly than I expected. I'm not even four months post-op yet, so I know my results will continue to settle and change over the next year, but they already look incredible. My scars are healing beautifully, and I am SO happy that I chose to have the GalaFLEX internal bra. With larger implants, I was concerned about them dropping too much over time, and so far the mesh has held everything in place beautifully. What I didn't expect was how much of a confidence boost this surgery would give me. I knew I wanted it and I knew I would be happy to finally have breasts, but I genuinely did not realize how much better I would feel about my body afterward. If one of my friends asked me who she should see for a breast augmentation, I would tell her not to waste her time consulting with anyone else. Dr. Breslow is truly a master at what he does. Not only did I have NO pain from the surgery (I never needed, nor took a pain killer after the first day) but I had no impact from the anesthesia, allowing me to rapidly recover. I made the appt and verified the cost would be $149. I did agree to add dermaplaning to my service but was not made aware of any additional charges beyond that, or the cost. I think this may have been a miscommunication because I had a $100 birthday coupon I was planning to use but regardless asked what the cost of the service was...period (not after my coupon). That is also why I agreed to the additional dermaplaning. I reiterated before the service that my skin is sensitive and at the time had some clogged pores but only one active breakout. I left with red raw bumpy dry skin. I called immediately after the service to complain and asked for someone to call me also to discuss the $249 I was charged. I reached out thru Klara multiple times as well as sent multiple pics.The entire left side of my face was covered with large painful red bumps and breakouts. I did hear back once from the person that performed the service indicating it could be from the heat and should be better by the next day. Unfortunately things did not get any better the next day and I did not receive a call like I was told she would or message asking how it was. Would not recommend and will definitely not go back. I had a breast lift on one side and a reduction and lift with some lipo on the other. This is…read morebecause I had a lumpectomy in the past so I was uneven. The lumpectomy side just needed a lift. The staff and facility I thought was great. The end result a year later is that I do think they look much better, but I don't feel they look the same. The shape is different. This may be because of the prior lumpectomy but I think this should have been taken into consideration. Also the side i had the lipo looks like it needs a bit more lipo as you can see a section that clearly needs a bit more. There is like a layer of fat. When I went to my last follow up, the Dr wasn't there. And he wasn't there on a few follow up visits. The nurse was, to take some final pics and said I can have a bit more lipo done, but it would be another lipo procedure, meaning I would have to pay again. Which I feel to be unfair as I already paid to make them look the same. And already paid for lipo. This was expensive ..all in all, I feel they look better than before but still don't think paying for more lipo is quite fair. Also while I was recovering one side got a fungal Infection. I don't know how that could happen as I kept it very clean and followed all the directions. All I can think of is the tape that was put on was not put on properly and moisture got beneath it. I had to go in and have the tape removed earlier than expected, and put anti fungal medication on. It wasn't even noticed , as I was sending photos, until I specifically pointed it out. So I did have a difficult recovery. It was a stressful time for me.
