Do not use Gannon pest control. They used to be good but no more. On March 5 2026, I paid to have them spray for ants this season. They said it was a promotion. They have not come yet, I have left SEVERAL messages on the phone and their "rock star" employees have not contacted me yet. I still do not know WHEN they are coming. read more

I sold my home and moved to a new one kangaroo my Gannon with me!! When it works you don't fix it. So glad they cover such a vast area. I have a lot of flowers and they look beautiful and are still pollinated by the bees. Just no angry wasps or mean bees. Thankfully the spray holds up through fall when the food supply is lower and bees are more angry. read more

Yellow Jackets were everywhere!! We had yellow jackets invading our outdoor living area--getting under our siding, being very aggressive when we were outside and eventually were making their way inside. I contacted Gannon and they quoted a fair price to come take care of the problem. They were out to my house within a couple of days and sprayed the entire house. The problem was fixed almost instantly. It's been months and we still have not had any issues. We'll definitely be calling them in the spring to proactively spray! read more

RE: Gannons response to my review I should have elaborated more. Because the technician did not see a nest, his comments were he couldn't stop bees "rom flying around". But there was a nest, right in a deck post near my back door. I called another exterminator who immediately came out, destroyed the nest, at a cost of $125. So my original opinion stands- Gannons "guarantee" is useless. read more

I have used Gannon for several years for their bee and ant yearly preventative. I typically sign up in February or March and each year they seem to arrive at my home later and later in the season (this year 4 months after payment). They don't schedule based on time of payment and would rather service customers who pay at a later date vs earlier paying customers. Additionally upon this years service the technician didn't spray one end of my home and knock three potted plants over with his application hose. It wouldn't be a big deal other than he didn't bother to clean the mess up. I would discuss this with the company but they don't follow up on customer's emails. Clearly, they don't value loyal repeat paying customers. I'll be going elsewhere read more

We had Gannon come do pre-season treatment for bees and ants at our house. We had yellow jackets build a nest in our soffits over the course of the summer. I think they found a way in that wasn't treated as part of the pre-season preventative treatment. Unfortunately the nest got quite large because we didn't notice quickly and was in a tough to access spot. We contacted Gannon and they sent someone out, at no cost to us, covered by their guarantee. Gannon had to make a few trips to our place to get it under control -- all covered. Big thanks to Gannon for going the extra mile in making sure things were taken care of! Paid for having my home sprayed for ants, and they say there is a warranty and will come back as many times as needed, and refused to honor warranty, In the beginning they inspected my home and they told me this is what was need to rid of the ants, so I did what they recommended, so still getting ants but they refused to honor because this is the 2nd time I called them after the initial spraying in the spring ,. The customer service people were nice. After paying almost $200 for yellow jacket spraying, Gannon hit the nest twice in two weeks. There had been no activity outside of the house or in the area, so I wanted to take the yellow jacket nest out of my house... but there were still more than a dozen yellow jackets in there and I got stung twice, I had to use an epi-pen because Im allergic to them. So I called the Gannons looking for some compensation or something, and was told someone would call me back... no one ever did. Now I need to buy new epi-pens to have in the house. I made an appointment for an inspection because I suspected mice, but I wasn't sure so I was hoping the feces could be looked at to double check. I called earlier in the day to confirm and they said everything was good to go in the time frame they gave me. The tech did not arrive during the scheduled time. I called again and apparently there was a problem and they said someone new was on their way. 30 minutes later, no one. Then I get a call saying the tech is at the house. He wasn't. It was the wrong address. The tech finally arrives and didn't even bother to look at the droppings to make sure it was mice or anything. He looked in a few spots, and then gave me his thoughts. He didn't really inspect the house at all or look to try to find evidence very hard. He checked the basement and garage but not the kitchen or the upstairs where I stated I had seen droppings or heard things. Later, i found where the nice were MYSELF. While a few of the office people were nice and explained that someone had gotten hurt on the job, which is why there was confusion, it would have been nice to have been notified of that. I told the office person and she said " I didn't know we were on a time constraint." ... Umm so because I didn't say it was important you get there when you say, means that you can disregard what you told me? While I chose them for their positive reviews, I didn't have a positive experience. read more

I called to try to schedule an estimate for the recent appearance of stink bugs in my house. I had the most informative conversation with someone ( never got a name) and she was quite upfront in saying there was little they could do. Not only was she spilling the truth as opposed to scheduling a treatment that does little But ALSO sent some additional info via email. Because of this one conversation I will be going to Gannon's when I have my next pest issue and I will recommend to all. read more

We've used them a few times for their pre-seasonal treatment bee/wasp prevention, and they are always so pleasant and accommodating. I also have to note that the treatment works amazingly well. Every year that we don't use it, we see a notable difference in the amount of wasps lingering around. We never have problems when we actually do the treatment.
