She also stated she never took my credit card information. All false. The owner of the company is clueless and when asked about my credit card information continued to make up lies and then hang up the phone on me. She was fantastic and able to describe what her company could & would do to eradicate the nest of yellow-jackets& wasps that had taken up residence up inside of my soffit and roof rafters. Jackie quoted me a solid price for full service and did NOT try and upsell my situation. They could have responded as an emergency, but I declined and 1.5 days later Service Tech Josh arrived after calling me and providing an exact time of arrival. When Josh arrived, he was prepared, clean, neat, orderly and with a professional, fully stocked service truck. Josh took time to " listen" to the specifics of my issue and was soon changing into his full suit of armor to fight these pesky yellow-jackets. Josh got up into the areas required without causing ANY damage and destroyed this nest of well over 300-500 yellow jackets. Josh showed no fear and took these pest on a SEAL TEAM 6...
