Mike and Mark are wonderful. I call them every Spring in May to spray my house for bees, wasps, yellow jackets, etc. This year and every year they search the vents to see if the pests are hiding out there. They found a nest under the cable box this year. Now I am secure for this season. My other neighbors use other companies but they just come and spray. They don't investigate the problems and they spray in the windiest conditions. I never have to worry about Mike and Mark and the weather. They spray when the weather conditions are appropriate. They were able to fit me in within the next couple days. They were extremely friendly and very funny. They were quick with spraying around the inside of my house and the outside. They use safe organic products that are safe around kids and animals. After the service was done I never saw another spider. 10/10 service and I would recommend them to ANYONE! I had a wasp problem which terrified me. I called a prominent pest control co. who told me to find the nest, then call them back and they would come out and spray! Needless to say, they were not hired. I called M&M Pest Control, located in E. Syracuse, N.Y. What a difference! They showed concern about my fears and reassured me that they would be able to find the nest(s) and destroy them and the wasps. They showed up the next day and proceeded to keep their word. They found three wasp nests, treated them and also sprayed for spiders and bees. These brothers, Mark and Mike, were friendly and reassured me that if they hadn't solved my problem that day, they would return as many times as needed to do so. Not only were they thorough, they showed up the next day to check on the results! To date, I have seen no sign of wasps. I'll take knowledge and determination over fancy uniforms any day. R.M. These guys tripped a GFI and I nearly lost all the food in my garage freezer and refrigerator. I called that evening and Mark denied any wrong. My Electrician was able to fix the situation. I called Mark to let him know about the GFI and he hung up on me. Are these Professionals? I should have let it go and not called but I felt they should know. Not very nice. The employees were all great.  They're nice, came on time and answered my questions.  If they can get the job done for you, you'll have a great experience.  However, if anything doesn't work out and you have to talk to the management/owner WATCH OUT!  To be honest, this company tried very hard.  I hired them for a rodent removal and for 3-4 months they tried their best, but they were completely unsuccessful.  They did not kill or remove a single rodent.  We heard rodents almost every night and saw them run across our house on multiple occasions.  They came to my house a lot of times, but were unable to remove any of the rodents. There was definitely some careless work in the beginning;  I do recall that after 4 or 5 times, they did another look around and found more places that according to them "should've been fixed earlier", but the real issue here is that they don't stand behind their word.   They advertise on their website a "100% satisfaction guarantee."  Obviously, after 4 months of still living with rats, I was unsatisfied.  When I called them, and Mike the owner finally stopped yelling at me (this was shocking and unnerving and by far the worst I've been treated by a customer support rep in my life) I told him that I wasn't satisfied and asked him about the guarantee from his website.  He was clearly not happy about my request and asked me to give them two more weeks, and if they don't get rid of them in the next two weeks, he'll refund my money.  I agreed (I preferred for them to get rid of them than to have my money).  They took a more aggressive approach with poison and after those 2 weeks, the final tech who came out told me that there is no more they can do; they aren't capable of fixing my problem and I should call the office about the money. That night a rat ran across my kitchen floor in front of my wife.    I contacted them and they refused to refund me the money.  They eventually offered to refund half the money and when I told them that we both already agreed that after 2 more weeks, they'd refund the money, I never heard from them again.   I rarely write reviews at all, but I don't appreciate businesses that don't keep their word.  I went through the BBB and this company responded that they were at my house many times and have all the paperwork for that.  I never denied that.  I just requested them to give me the refund that they told me they would and that they advertise on their website. I reached out to them multiple times before posting this review requesting the refund they promised and guarantee, and they never directly responded to the fact that they agreed to it.  I would definitely NOT recommend this company. read more

These two guys, Mike and Martin, are terriffic exterminators! I have a bird as a pet and am extremely careful about any products near them. They need a nearly organic environment because they are so sensitive to chemicals or some natural products. M&M are very knowledgeable and careful to make sure my pets are safe when they come.
