They also checked for mice and seeing a little bit of activity in a crawl space, they found a small hole in the foundation and filled it. No more problem there. I have recommended them to many friends. They are great and go above and beyond to make their clients happy!

I explained to Precious that when I originally signed up, the sales representative used a tablet and strongly pressured me to sign on the spot. I expressed hesitation, but he assured me that canceling the service would not be an issue if I had to move. Despite this, Precious continually referred back to the service agreement, ignoring the context in which I signed it--with a high-pressure sales tactic and verbal reassurances that contradicted the contract's terms. I asked to escalate the matter further, but Precious stated that she was the highest point of contact available and refused to provide additional channels for resolution. As a result, I have filed this complaint with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY. BE AWARE they are not customer service oriented and have pushing sales people who walk around with tablets and ensure that the company will work with you if you have to relocate.

He serviced my interior, then came back to provide exterior pest control products. The second visit was a different technician, he performed half the job on the exterior pest control. He was polite and he explained what he did. I decided that what I was doing was not worth paying for the service, so I called to cancel - since I was not under contract. I spoke with a young man, I explained that I found a more natural way to control the ant problem and no longer needed the chemical service. He told me that because it was close to the time I would get billed again, that I had to pay, then have 1 last service call and I would be done. So I chose my service date. The third visit was yet another guy - not the same as the first 2. He was late to my house, then spent 5 minutes walking around and didn't even do anything. Then he left. I thought I was done with orkin, since I called to cancel and was told after that visit, I would not get billed any longer. Lo and behold, I look at my bank account to see a charge from orkin. I called them and asked why I got billed if I had canceled my service last month. The girl that answered the phone had no answer other than she needed to reach out to the service manager. I called the next day and she said she had not heard from the manager yet. I asked her for his name and number - she provided them. I called him, informed him about the situation and he said to text him my contact info and he would look into it. So I texted him. I waited 2 days for a response and he has not responded. She was fantastic and able to describe what her company could & would do to eradicate the nest of yellow-jackets& wasps that had taken up residence up inside of my soffit and roof rafters. They could have responded as an emergency, but I declined and 1.5 days later Service Tech Josh arrived after calling me and providing an exact time of arrival. When Josh arrived, he was prepared, clean, neat, orderly and with a professional, fully stocked service truck. Josh took time to " listen" to the specifics of my issue and was soon changing into his full suit of armor to fight these pesky yellow-jackets. Josh got up into the areas required without causing ANY damage and destroyed this nest of well over 300-500 yellow jackets. Josh showed no fear and took these pest on a SEAL TEAM 6...
