Shannon kept hounding me for final payment and three times I told her exactly what needed to be completed before I sent final payment. It was minor touchup work that could be done in less than hour. Three times the guys came out but didn't do what needed to be done. I believe Shannon wasn't conveying the message properly. Boy was she snotty each time she called for money and I had to tell once again that the job wasn't complete. FINALLY the job was complete but Shannon was unhelpful and very abrasive. Employees like this one impact customers' evaluation of future business decisions...not for the good.
