They scheduled worked to get me an appointment and was very helpful and friendly. Got me in within the week. Front desk staff was very friendly as was the dentist, Dr Kind. Great name. I was not as impressed with the hygienist. She mispronounced my name and she questioned my pronunciation of my own name! She also questioned my answers on medical history. She seemed incredulous that I'd never had major surgery. She claimed having my tonsils removed at age six qualified as major surgery. We'll that's so far removed from current day reality. But, she seems to be trusted by dentist so I overlooked her lack of emotional intelligence. When I was done she walked me back to the front desk and whispered to the front desk that they should collect payment from me before I left and not bill me. Not sure why, but my insurance paid for part of my bill and I had no issue paying the balance. I had to wait ten minutes to accomplish that.
