So here I am back again in Lodi driving an hour and a half for a dental appointment. After the last dentist visit in Beloit, who jacked up my teeth. I called here to see if I could get a visit they got me in in less than a week and when I got here for my appointment I had assumed I would need two crowns and I was correct. I definitely needed two crowns. Although I only had an appointment to have them take a look at my teeth. They told me we know you have a really long drive. We can fit you in today if you don't mind, So I said yes!!!! And here I am having them put in same-day crowns on both teeth, I don't have to come back for multiple visits. I don't have to have a temporary crown. This place is amazing! I feel like no matter where I move. I will always come back to Lodi Valley Dental for dental work.!!!!! Also, everything here is state of the art, their cameras, their x-ray machines, their crown making machine. They scheduled worked to get me an appointment and was very helpful and friendly. Got me in within the week. Front desk staff was very friendly as was the dentist, Dr Kind. Great name. I was not as impressed with the hygienist. She mispronounced my name and she questioned my pronunciation of my own name! She also questioned my answers on medical history. She seemed incredulous that I'd never had major surgery. She claimed having my tonsils removed at age six qualified as major surgery. We'll that's so far removed from current day reality. But, she seems to be trusted by dentist so I overlooked her lack of emotional intelligence. When I was done she walked me back to the front desk and whispered to the front desk that they should collect payment from me before I left and not bill me. Not sure why, but my insurance paid for part of my bill and I had no issue paying the balance. I had to wait ten minutes to accomplish that.
