The location I frequented on Gammon had a comfortable and welcoming lobby area along with pleasant treatment rooms. I never once had a bad experience with the staff. They were all kind hearted people. I had Dr. Knutson specifically and he was amazing! He listened to any and all of my concerns. He thoroughly explained not only what he was doing for treatment but why. (Which I strongly appreciated.) Overall it is an amazing treatment center with staff who go above and beyond. Dr. Sexson literally came to my rescue. Had it not been for Dr. Sexson, I would've had to start my orthodontia completely over. Dr. Sexson and his staff handled everything very well. It's been close to six years since Dr. Sexson removed my braces, and I recently needed to have my bottom retainer re-bonded to the back of my teeth.
