She also talks with a lisp with them in. We jumped through every hoop they asked us to jump through for months to "fix them". They were still too big and didn't stay in. She cannot use them. Every time they said they would call, they did not call. I would receive a text or email several days later, or nothing at all. We waited for over a month before I called and followed up on a product they claimed would work to make the dentures fit correctly. We asked the dentures to be remade, and instead they sent me a referral to a different dentist. I was a patient for 20 years. They are in it for the money, not to help you. I had also sent them one of my coworkers for implants, and they completely mess up his dental work as well. I suggest you look elsewhere for a better dental team.

No pain, no bite problems, no anything. My husband also goes to Dr. Moen and agrees 100%. In fact my hubby had 3 teeth repaired after an awful dentist in Prairie du Chien (who left suddenly around 2009) put three crowns in that resulted in bite problems and damage to a tooth. Dr. Moen fixed all those problems. Dr. Moen is professional, extremely high-skilled, and a perfectionist. They tried to do the procedure in the dentist's office, but they weren't able to get me numb enough, and referred me to Capital Endodontics. I was nervous going in - the experience in the dentist's office the week before had me convinced this was going to be a painful procedure. Dr. Landwehr immediately put me at ease. His chair-side manner was amazing, and the first thing he explained was why I experienced pain when the dentist tried to do the procedure, and how they would numb me so that wouldn't be repeated. He then went on to explain what was going on with my tooth, why I needed the root canal, how they would do the procedure, and why it was the right solution. The procedure itself was comfortable and quick. Dr. Landwehr was thorough in explaining what was going on the entire time - what I would smell, hear, and feel - which I greatly appreciated. I think one of the most notable things about the whole experience is the absence of any post-procedure discomfort or pain. My jaw is slightly sore from my mouth being open for so long, but the tooth and surrounding area feel fine - no sensitivity, no tenderness. I had my procedure around 2:45pm and by about 6:30pm all of the numbness was gone and I was able to eat a (relatively soft) dinner without any pain or discomfort in the tooth. I highly recommend these folks if you need a root canal, and from the other reviews here, looks like you can't go wrong with any of their practitioners!
