He also apologized for the damage to my sports coat and fully compensated me for it allowing me to buy a new one to replace it. That is very much appreciated. It took some perseverance on my part but in the end, I was satisfied with the way they corrected the problem.

The employee saw me and completely ignored me! She looked up twice and saw me and proceeded to ignore that I was there. She helped 2 other customers with drop offs that arrived after me. I proceeded to park my car and I had to go into the building in order for her to help me. I had my dog with me and that is why I was going to the car pick up lane. There was no notice or posted sign that the car pick up lane was closed. So, I walked into the business with my dog in tow. The employee was so rude and not nice. Will NEVER return. I had a wedding coming up where I…read moreneeded a couple suits dry cleaned, and since I work in this general area I thought I would stop by this spot that was highly reviewed on Google The spot is sort of new and inviting from the exterior. Everything is clean. There's big signage, plenty of windows, and a drive-thru I walked in and the main attendant was helping someone in the drive-thru, but it took them no time before finishing with them and helping me. This individual was very efficient. He looked at my articles of clothing, repeated back the types and counts, put the in the back, and gave me a ticket and interactions that they would be ready by 5pm the next day. I returned to pick up my clothes and it was the same individual. He took my ticket, went to the back, and was back in minutes (or less). Again, he went over the articles with me. They were nicely pressed, in plastic, and looked sharp. I was astonished to find that for 2 suits (2 blazers and two pairs of pants) plus two other dress shirts the price was around $22. I'm no expert on dry cleaning value, but this feels like a steal I had a great experience here, and I will definitely be back with more items soon Some tips: I would take a picture of your ticket just in case you lose it or damage it. Some dry cleaners send the clothes away to be cleaned at other locations but they do not. They do their dry cleaning at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, making me feel like a regular from my first visit. Pricing is fair, it's comparable to some nearby locations.

I called them beforehand to confirm whether they could finish the job in 24 hours. Sure enough, I dropped them off on Monday at 5pm and they were ready for pick up by the next day at 4pm. The 2 piece suit cost $10.49 and the dress shirt cost $2.49. There's an extra environmental fee of $0.36, and they offer a 10% discount for students. My grand total after tax came out to $13.16 (paid with cash). Also, they graciously gifted me a lint roller when I picked up my suit today! Excellent service overall.
