The manager was extremely rude. My shirt still had a stain after the first cleaning, so I brought it back and asked if anything could be done. The woman at the front offered to clean it again free of charge. When I returned, the manager told me, "You need to pay for that!" I explained the situation, and she responded, "I'll just make her pay for it." I felt bad for the employee who was genuinely trying to help, but the manager's rudeness and inability to remove a simple stain the first time ensure I will never return. read more

Never had an issue when before but under new management it seems the machines aren't maintained or cleaned. Went to dry clothes and half my stuff was burnt while the other half was still wet. Lost a bunch of clothes and blankets because of those machines. Not the first time I've seen peoples clothes get ruined, i should've stayed away from here! read more

This laundromat is very poorly maintained. The washers are filthy, with grime, residue, and a noticeable odor in several machines. It's obvious they are not being cleaned or serviced regularly. The floors and folding areas were also dirty. For what they charge, the equipment should at least be clean. I will not be returning. read more

This place is so clean and with the owners on site I was able to buy (for a very reasonable price) the laundry soap I had forgotten. Then they helped me with the machine. UPDATE: Noticed more clothes were dirty and SEVERAL items missing so decided to go speak with owner. She told me it's impossible to be missing clothes as she only does one client from start to finish. I'm missing at least a half a load of clothing. When showing her the dirty clothes she said "I see that happen all the time" I told her to start actually washing the clothes and she wouldn't see dirty clothes out of the dryer all the time!!! Obviously this is an issue here! She offered to wash my clothes for half price! WTH? You couldn't wash them the first TWO times, what makes me think you can wash them the third??? Went to this establishment due to the good reviews on Yelp. Sadly disappointed. Clothes did not smell clean, did not look or feel clean. Socks were still in the shape of my toes and faint dirt on creases of my white shorts. Decided to give them another chance the following week, and asked to have my whites (shorts and socks) be washed in heavy cycle. STILL does not smell clean or of ANY detergent at all. Socks and shorts and sheets still dirty, and a shirt I know I had dribbled butter on was obviously never washed at all. I swear she had to have run things through a rinse cycle and dried and folded the clothes. What a waste of money! read more

Owners very kind. A bit small inside. They accept coins and provide quarters for you if you only have bills. They also sell detergent and other laundering supplies. One bathroom. They have BIG 5 load washers for $5 as well as smaller washers. They have at least 3 folding tables. They have laundry carts on wheels to transport laundry from one area to the next. read more

I've come here twice and the first time the dryers were not so great but the second time we came here they worked a lot better. The price for the wash is super reasonable. I highly recommend coming early in the week instead of closer to the weekend and in the early morning. Not a lot of people at that time. read more

Great place... owner is great and very friendly. I've gone here on Saturday and Sunday and still had plenty of machines available. Plenty of the large capacity machines too!!!! Also, very clean and you will see the owner walking around cleaning up and wiping down the machine. They have plenty of quarters. Machines work great, doesn't take to long for the bigger dryers to dry everything. The laundry mat is older but is very well kept. Machines are well maintained, the owners are very nice, there is a steady flow to this laundry mat like I've never seen before (probably because all the machines are sufficiently working well) and this might be important to some single ladies, always seems to have a lot of men doing their laundry here. Don't know if it's the location or maybe something a lil extra they slip in the laundry soap but there are a lot of, in my opinion, good hearted and standup men that wash, dry annddd FOLD. shoot I can't even get my boo to put away his tighty whities. Any who if you need somewhere to quickly wash your clothing I recommend this location. I haven't tried their wash and fold service but they seem to take care of the clothing and have it well organized. read more

Just because it was a busy day and I did not have 4 hours to do laundry, I dropped my 4 loads off at Nasa Washateria. Seriously, I could be so spoiled if I could justify them doing my laundry every week. It was washed, dried and folded so well. I didn't even know you could fold a shirt like that unless you bought it in the store! Highly recommended. They were fast too. I may use them for that big monthly load of linens like comforters! I'm sure the self-serve part of the laundromat is just as amazing! read more

I came here, even though I couldn't find it using Yelp when I did a search on "Coin Laundry". I found it using Google Maps app instead, because all the laundromats that Yelp pulled up seemed far from my home. Turns out that in Houston, people call these "washaterias" instead, but that is not the business name, as you can see on my photos that I will post for you. I think for all the good work I'm doing for Yelp, they should give me an elite badge for this year 2017. I'd do a lot more if they gave me a little reward, hmm? The lady attendant was very nice, and she made change for my $100 bill. The place was clean and bright and comfortable, not busy on a Tuesday afternoon. The A/C isn't blasting, but they have lots of ceiling fans moving the air all over. There were not a lot of extra seats and no wifi or frills. I used the largest machine they had, rated for five loads. It cost $5.50 for the wash, and each quarter buys you 7 minutes on the dryer. I washed a double queen-sized sleeping bag and two king-sized cotton blankets, and they seem to be clean. The sleeping bag looked alright, but smelled like pee. It seems cleared up now. They have some newer dryers in the front of the store which the lady approved of me using, because the old ones get very hot, but the front ones have better temperature control for not burning fancy sleeping bag fabrics. I have taken the bulky items out to shift them for better drying once, and they should be dry on low heat after about an hour. Looking good! There wasn't a lot of seating, so I was worried about where I would wait, but in the same parking area, I found a nice seafood/pizza/sandwiches kind of casual restaurant, and it's very nice waiting here with free wifi and a/c and tv. I had a simple and delicious oyster po boy, and a bottle of Pepsi. Good experience, overall. read more

I come here like clockwork every weekend. People that work/own the place are very friendly and will refund you the quarters wasted on a machine that decides to stop working. It's also very clean and it's not excessively hot like other washaterias I've been to in the past. I spend $1.75 on each machine and another 0.75 cents on the dryer so over all, I spend less than $5 a week on two loads of laundry per week. A lot cheaper than the $80 my complex wants to charge monthly for renting a washer and dryer. read more
