They failed to give us proper directions and some items are damaged and cannot be salvaged. When showing them the damage due to their shortcoming, all they would say is it's our fault, not theirs. We strongly disagree with them and are moving to another dry cleaner. Keep in mind that if you have an issue with them, it's your fault and not theirs. Caveat emptor.
