This Gap store was one of the best and biggest stores in Woodburn outlet. It was spacious and organized. There was good inventory of products for men, women and kids. Alongside apparels, there were many accessories available like socks, sunglasses, bags, flip flops, and small jewelry. Items had excellent cheap prices, with discounts up between 40%-60% on several products. We went to the store to shop clothes for our 6 year old. We found t-shirts and bottoms with her favorite characters like stitch, hello kitty, and Disney characters. The fitting room was easy to use. I also found a cotton t-shirt for only $8. Checkout line was busy but they had several registers open. Staff members were friendly and helpful around the floor and at the checkout as well. We also received additional discount for using Gap credit card. We had the most productive shopping time at this store while exploring this outlet mall. read more

It can be fun here. Came here to pick up jeans. Well I got a pair for $30. Not bad. Especially it's in Portland meaning no tax. Their cloths are so so. But their jeans are nice. They always have sales like 50% off jeans etc. store is quite big and bright. Because it's in the Woodburn outlet so here are plenty of free parking. Not bad read more

Anytime I've gone there I've always been able to get cute things here and there... I hate that sometimes I don't have my size but that of course always happens in general and any place. So the store hours say 11-6 today. I got there and the door was locked just after 11. After waiting a while I called, the message says they're open at 11. Got someone on the phone who said they open at 12. Meanwhile a lot of people came by and tried the door. What kind of bull is that? Can't open on time so they make up their own hours. It was messy. They have signage... everywhere, but it's so hard to understand what items go with what sign because of how messy it is. Everything seems so crammed into the space, because they fit women's on the left, men's on the right, and children's in the back. I went for the children's, and they didn't have much of a selection. It was small. If you're looking for a good selection, you're better off going to the Gap Kids/Gap Baby. They did have some cute items, but nothing I immediately had to purchase. I couldn't tell you how the prices were, well, because I couldn't tell what kind of discount went with what... so much signage, so much mess. Could it be, because I went later in the day? I don't know. But you'd think they'd have employees on the sales floor trying to tidy things up. I didn't see an employee except at the registers. read more

I thought this location was small and disorganized. They had a great deal of clothes which seemed to be jammed on racks. Even though they had a lot of clothes, they were all the exact same items just in different colors and sized which can be deceiving. It took too much effort to try to shop here so I just left. This gap outlet seems little disorganized compared to others that I've been to. However, I always seem to visit it when I head down to Woodburn. It's Gap and it's tax-free, so I'll bear sifting through the piles of clothes - hopeful for a cute article of clothing. The service has always been pretty friendly though. I realize that customer service can be a little difficult sometimes when you work in an outlet, and I've had nothing but pleasant encounters with their employees. If this isn't your scene, Banana Republic is right next door - Gap's prettier sister. read more

Gap Outlet seems to have really improved over the last 18 months or so. It had gotten to the point that I'd skip it every time I was at the outlet mall, but it has gotten back in my regular rotation once again. They've re-organized and made it very easy to navigate. Nice selection of colors and sizes; it used to be that they only had one color of each item, or only had size XS in stock - no more. Unlike some of the other "outlet" stores in this mall, you really can find some fab prices on items here. Not all items are truly outlet priced, but I've scored some tremendous deals lately. They aren't afraid to discount! I've had mixed experiences with staff, but most of them have been really helpful; I needed them to hunt down a particular size jeans recently, and they made sure no pair was left unturned before concluding that they were out of stock. If you previously wrote this store off, give them another try. read more

We visit the outlet store for one reason and that is to find cheap deals on brand name clothing. Sure we know that gap outlet doesn't really sell the same clothing found in gap stores (check the tag for the difference). I still like the outlet clothing since they fit well, hold up for a while and mainly its cheap. I never go there expecting service or an organized store. Just get in, pore through the clothes and get what you want. Always, always try the clothes and never trust the outlet sizing. In this outlet I have had luck when I asked employees for helping to check stock for sizing not found in the display. They usually are helpful which is a bonus for me. I also try to visit the stores on weekday or weekend evenings thereby increasing my chance of getting decent service. I have found some good deals on denim and polos here and will visit again. read more

For the first time in at least 5 years I found a few articles of clothing at the Gap that I'd wear. For awhile it seemed like it had pretty much carried the same thing as Old Navy, but charged regular Gap prices. Maybe things are changing? read more
