Checkout line was busy but they had several registers open. Staff members were friendly and helpful around the floor and at the checkout as well. Now those of us in line have been there at least 20 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement by anyone anywhere. We customers may as well been invisible. I knew there were at least 2 more workers in the store, one in the back corner straightening out the clearance racks (hardly a priority when you have customers waiting for 20+ minutes to purchase their items). I understand that there can be issues at the register, no prob. But the utter lack of acknowledging the customers, thanking them for their patience, or proactively calling another employee to help at the cash registers was epic in the utter disregard for customers. So we found a mattress that we liked, we didn't LOVE it but we really liked it. So we asked him what the return policy was and he said "45 days with a FULL refund, or 90 days with an exchange. And we will come pick it back up." and that was all he said. So with that, we proceeded to talk about the lease option and how it wouldn't affect our credit which we were really happy with. I knew i wanted a mattress protector for sure to help keep it fresh and nice, and he then suggested to us to go with the bundle which was 1 mattress protector, 1 set of bamboo sheets(AMAZING!!), and 2 pillows for $299. I thought that price was unbeatable, so I said lets do it! Then we went to go figure out the payments and told us what we'd be paying a month and how much we needed to put down today, and we did. We had our new mattress delivered within 2 days and our bundle mailed to us within 3 days, which was pretty good timing in my mind. But after about two weeks had gone by, we received a card in the mail for Syncrony Bank. We had been signed up for the credit card option INSTEAD of the lease -_- and that ding to our credit pushed us over the edge. At this point my husband and I are LIVID and contemplating on how to handle our situation. So we called the Clackamas location(cuz the last thing I wanted to do was speak to the same sales person again, and i live closer to Clackamas) and explained what happened and that I wanted to return the mattress. He didn't even say he was sorry that happened or how can i help correct our mistake, he immediately ran to "well, its going to be a $99 pick up fee along with a 10-20% restocking fee." and I was like WHAT?! I was told I would receive a FULL refund within 45 days. He NEVER said anything about a restocking fee OR a pick up fee and it doesn't say that on ANY of my paperwork. If I would have known that, I would have slept on our decision and shopped around a tiny bit more to MAKE SURE that mattress was the one. I even told him I wasn't sure about it and he assured me that I wouldn't be loosing anything with their 45 day refund guarantee. I then asked to speak to the manager and he said the manager is not in and wouldn't be there until Saturday, it was Tuesday. He also said that that was the store policy and that the manager wouldn't be able to do anything he couldn't do, to which I asked if he was a store manager. He replied no, and I said I rest my case, I'll take it up with the area manager. All in all, I would NOT recommend buying from this company, they will stab you in the back, and then blame it on you. They do not need to be able to screw your credit score like they did with ours, and they need to make right what they did. I do value peoples money and time and ours was for sure wasted.

Since it is Spring, there was a great assortment of short sleeve t-shirts, tops and dresses along with long sleeve versions. And of course the sweatshirts and sweaters from the winter season still available. There was a navy, red and white belated trench coat that I really liked, but did a catch and release since I have so many coats and usually forget to grab one out of the closet! Stripes were everywhere, even on the slide sandals, perfect for poolside. Lots of jeans, too, many in the trendy reborn flair and trouser styles for those needed a break from the skinny jeans. The only Tommy Hilfinger clothing I own are jumpsuits; I find this designer makes the best fitting and classically styled version. They are very fitters from the waist up which loose comfortable legs. A zipper in back makes them easy to get in and off. On this day, they didn't have any available. Typically I find them at Ross of all places! And at such fabulous prices I have bought several. The store was clean and well organized with the clothing arranged around colors and seasons.
