My 90 year old mother ( who lives independent) was brought in by me because she lives in North Tampa and while visiting, I wanted to "rule out a Urinary bladder infection. " Theresa Bobbett PA was an extremely rude practitioner who stood as far away from the patient as she physically could and advised us that we needed to go to the ER based on her BP. My mother explained that being 90 with CHF, the BP was her normal baseline, I am her daughter a nurse and advised her as well that it was baseline. Teresa would not converse with us and actually REFUSED further care or conversation and directed us to go to the ER. Prior to that we were given a urine specimen cup which they refused to accept the urine specimen. In addition my mother has excellent cognition and there was no evidence of change in mental status during this visit. The PA did not interact much with us, and acted quite unreasonable. We did go the following day to Lakewood Ranch Emergency And they provided outstanding care for her and confirmed urinary tract infection. The trained physician did not even question her blood pressure, provided the antibiotics and off we went. They did do routine blood work and all returned normal. Although SMH urgent care could have treated my mother, they refused care. I'm my opinion, that particular PA is unqualified, in compassionate, unprofessional and in the wrong profession. Further my mother did not need an ER for treatment of a UTI as a PCP or urgent care would be sufficient. LWR ER was an excellent experience with a medical DO physician and highly qualified nurses. I highly recommend Lakewood Ranch ER for professional and compassionate care.

The physical required was quite thorough and intense as per the requirements of the company hiring (they pay for this medical visit). I was impressed at how the process moved along and there was no down time waiting in rooms between required exams (eye, hearing, EKG, chest x-ray, blood and urine work-!). I was also very impressed when this facility reached out to me a few days after all these tests to let me know one of the tests was showing a reading for high cholesterol. Now, the 3rd party vendor in charge of requiring all these exams didn't bother to tell me about this result, because I guess it was not an area they cared about as much as things like clearing the drug test. The 3rd party vendor let me know about 2 minor things I had to clear for employment purposes, but never mentioned the cholesterol result. Sitting here now I can say I am really impressed with the integrity of this medical facility to care enough about the person going through the intense round of medical requirements to give them some useful information even though they are getting paid by the 3rd party vendor and really could probably just skate by forwarding the info directly to them and not bothering to inform the person who was sent there by the 3rd party vendor. Everyone was very professional and good their job. I would highly recommend this place for care and their prices are posted on a sign right out in the lobby so you know what you are looking at for drop in or urgent care walk in services.

The nurses seemed perplexed at why he was there because he had no other previous conditions or causes, such as smoking or drinking. Dr Diana Krblich sent him to the Lakewood Ranch Emergency Care Center for a sonogram of his leg later that day. The results given to him after the sonogram stated that he had a serious DVT, and they immediately changed his wristband, charged him an ER visit along with that huge co-pay, and put him on Eliquis. Then he got results back two days later from Dr Krblich from the same sonogram that stated there was no sonographic evidence for a DVT, and that it was a superficial issue in his vein that could have just been treated with heat, with no need of an ER visit or Eliquis. We have been left with a huge bill, medication that he never needed, more questions than answers, and no resolution as of yet. He did not receive quality care at this facility or the related one, and will not be encouraging anyone to visit here.

When I poked my head out to see if I had been forgotten about they said no they're just that backed up. I guess not too backed up if they can sit out there and not do any work. The check in process was smooth and easy. The wait was beyond ridiculous. Understand I was not an emergency situation, but they could have gotten me in and out in a half hour. I'm taking care of other people and the time that I was sitting there. I will never recommend them, and I will never step foot in there again

They called me back and said they denied my refill because I had to be seen. On Wednesday they called me and said they would go ahead and fill it but I had to come in on the 26th and be seen. So I called the pharmacy back and they said no it was denied. So I called back the doctors office and try to get a hold of someone there in the nurses area for two days I left messages. No call back. I call on Thursday and on Friday and still get no resolution. I had a conversation with the receptionist On Friday where I said I could just make an appointment for Saturday and come in. She said you can come in on Saturday it's more walk in appointments, but I would go ahead and come in that would be the best way to get your prescription refilled. So I show up on Saturday morning at 9 AM when they open, and I am the first one there. I hear the male nurse in the back coughing and sounds sick but poor guy was at work anyway. I go into see the doctor and before I went in there I was talking to the nurse and asking him about the other things I wanted to ask them about while I was there. He said it would be best to talk to the doctor about those things. So this PA-C Joseph Burke comes in and immediately has an attitude with me. I was asking him about some other issues and he got upset because he didn't want to answer any other questions he just wanted me to refill my prescription and go. He would only full it for two weeks because he said i need blood work! So I pay another $40? I thought since I was there I would get my three month Prescription since I was in the office, but he continued to get mad at me because he had more people in the waiting room. I told him that the receptionist said it would be better if I came in on Saturday and he said she was mistaken that she only works eight hours a week and she doesn't know. I told him I had been working on this all week trying to get in and he said I should've been planning this a lot sooner. I was trying to get a sleep aid refilled and he was treating me like I was trying to get some drugs from him or something. I told him that I did try to get in sooner that week and that because of their inconsistencies I was misled and I told him I was going to look for a new office to go to, and he said that's exactly what you should do. He said I filled your prescriptions and it's time for you to go and walked out of the room. Basically left me upset and crying while leaving the office. I felt like some kind of criminal. Then he sends my prescriptions off to a different pharmacy than the one on my chart. It's a good thing I checked first I checked first before going to pick it up I told this guy his bedside manner was horrible and he should consider other work and he just smirked at me. This guy should not be in medicine. It's pretty bad when you get shamed for having insomnia. I've been on this medication for years. Nobody should be treated like this when they pay $40 for an office visit and over $300 a month for insurance! On a sidenote, I did grab some Aleve p.m. from the pharmacy when I went to pick up my prescription because I don't want to be treated like that ever again. I took that last night and it's basically turned me into a zombie for the whole next day. I can't understand how this would be better than my prescription. But it's still better than being treated like crap!

I had been warned by several people who have previously worked for this company not to trust them because they felt they were unethical, but I went against my better judgement and decided to help them. The owner, Dr Arun Khazanchi, had agreed to my consultation services as an Independent Contractor, as he needed my expertise, guidance, documentation and contacts in order to be able to launch his first case. There was a lot of back and forth and eventually I came in for the day on April 18th and worked 6 hours. Within that time, I evaluated the work space, gave a clear and concise order of surgical operations dictation to the office manager, provided her with documentation to execute a surgery and provided her with supplier for instrumentation, as well as give her an itemized list of instruments needed to perform the surgery. You can see from the text exchange that she informed me that I would not get paid within the pay period that I worked, and rather, I would be paid after I executed my first surgery. I did not respond to this because I know this is illegal, and I was suspicious about them bringing me onboard after they sucked all of my knowledge from me. I followed up with them a few weeks later, which was approx 2 weeks before the intended date for the first surgery, and suggested that we postpone the surgery since they were not prepared to execute the case. At that point, Ashley and I had a verbal exchange that I felt was aggressive on her part, and I decided to decline moving forward with them to partner in hair restoration. I provided a detailed email to Dr Khazanchi on my decision, and also included my unpaid invoice for working on April 18th. I received one text exchange asking me for my mailing address for the check, and have not received anything since. I will be escalating this to the Department of Labor and possibly Small Claims court.
