The care was wonderful from most of the caregivers but one caregiver in particular, Renata was absolutely one of the most capable and caring caregivers I've ever come across in 40 years of healthcare. She anticipated my mom's needs before my mom even needed to say something. She fixed her home, cooked meals, and kept the house exceptionally clean. She was phenomenal at communicating with us for any needs that my mom might have. Renata is a tremendous asset to your company. She never sat in the other room reading books, never was on her phone, and responded to my mom even by conversing. She added companionship, compassion , and comfort to the end of my mom's life and we are incredibly grateful.

I have used them for myself and my husband for therapy. The therapists are dedicated and excellent at their jobs but since the takeover things are going downhill. The new company has forced new systems that are less expensive and less effective. It is affecting patient care making it difficult, discouraging and inconsistent. I am considering changing companies but I don't know if I can find any better. This week I will be asking my doctor for advice as to how to proceed.

My grandmother had heart issues and had a previous stroke. The nurse we were assigned was such a wonderful person. At one point she even saved my grandmothers life. The therapist were amazing. I've been able to "fill in" to care for my Mom but I'm exhausted. Can't count on them to come through. Thank goodness my Mom is of sound mind but unfortunately in a wheelchair with limited mobility. She doesn't require lifting-she can transfer to chair and bed. But she can't prepare her meals or shower and needs this assistance.
