The receptionist is very nice and always welcoming both on the phone and in person. From what I can see they are very efficient with their facilities. It's very safe for the kids all glass doors and seats for the parent to sit right outside the door. They also allow the parents to sit inside the room if they wish. For coffee lovers they have coffee for you. I'd love if they add tea!!! Hint hint. Lastly, they won my vote when they told me about their complimentary WiFi, that actually works!!! It is beautiful, absolutely adorable, and such an amazing experience for my daughter and also for me to watch. Premier is so professional, you can see that the teachers love kids, and it feels like a healthy environment for your child to be a part of. Most importantly, you can watch the classes and see the kids having so much fun and my daughter is so excited to go every week. The ballet outfits are stunning and my daughter feels beautiful in them. They have created a beautiful and thoughtful place and they really deserve all the credit. We get so excited for the recitals. I strongly urge any current or expectant parents to look in to your daycare owners' education and occupational background. If you see nothing about education or community or, even worse, only experience with financial planning, forecasting, portfolio analysis cost savings, control and auditing - please know their intentions are in the wrong place. They dont care about your family's relationship with the facility or even your child's well-being. You are a dollar sign. Having to part ways was heartbreaking because of the nearly decade-long relationships myself, husband, daughter and son had built with so many of the faculty and families. The bigger and quite frankly unacceptable issue we encountered, however, was blatant, documented lies on the part of the owner, that put our son's social and academic well-being in jeopardy. The change we have seen in my son's overall demeanor after only being at another school for a couple of weeks has been mind-blowing. I hate to shine a negative light on a place that meant so much to us for so long and still has many good people at it but, as a parent, I could not forgive myself if I knew I had an opportunity to prevent another child from being in this toxic environment and didn't do what I could the prevent it by sharing our experience.

The daily reports are often hurried and inaccurate. There were multiple times we were contacted way too late about an incident. There were times we were explicitly told one thing only to someone do the opposite, so our trust was broken. Ultimately, we appreciated some of the hard working competent teachers, but other incompetent employees makes it an unsuitable place to send any child.

Our 5 month old, Aria, gets tonssssss of love from all her teachers which is at the top of our wants list, everyone is always upbeat and happy when you walk in!!! We absolutely love our Miss AJ, Miss Abby, Miss Emily and Miss Jenny! They have a better structure as far as her development and the room that she is in always looks clean! They have cameras that you can watch from home or from work through a computer or ur mobile device! When I am at work I don't have to worry because everyday I know she is in good hands! So happy that they opened a Kiddie Academy in West Chester!!! We are so looking forward to working with this amazing team to develop and love our little girl!
