One of the best kept parking places in Boston and I've been parking here for many years when going to that section of Boston. For a $10 flat fee you can park after 4 PM weekdays and anytime on weekends. There are always plenty of spaces available and the place is super clean. They also have bathrooms at the lobby level for your before or after your driving needs. Their staff are always very friendly. read more

There's a Garage at Post Office Square, right beneath the park! First, some helpful notes from Spot Hero: Things You Should Know Height Restriction: 6' 10" This facility does NOT allow in/out privileges. You CANNOT enter & exit more than once. The garage is underneath the Post Office Square park. If you are entering off of Pearl St., please make sure you are entering the garage on the left-hand side of the street and NOT the garage for the One Post Office Square building on the right-hand side of the street. Parking here on weekends and evenings (enter after 4pm) is a reasonable $9. Daytime weekdays however max out at $40. But pre-paying on Spot Hero takes $6 off the top when you enter between 5am and 9am, so $34. Hey, every little bit helps! (Actually, it ended up being $34.99 due to the $0.99 service fee that was tacked on.) Tip: touch the QR code on the Spot Hero app reservation, then stick your phone in the bottom left slot of the garage podium to scan it. The garage itself was well lit and labeled, but with parking spots a bit tight. What it has going for it - location, location, location, and a small pretty park to emerge out into, namely the Norman B. Leventhal Park. Having found parking on the first level, I took the stairs up one flight to locate pay stations and bathrooms, and jumped on the single width escalator to emerge through the glass structure into the edge of the park facing Franklin St. read more

Super easy getting in and out of here! Finding parking in Boston is so so hard. After circling around for 5-10 minutes trying to find any parking near Downtown Crossing in Boston, I plugged in "parking garages near me" into Google and this was the closest option so I went with it and boy am I glad I did. You enter down a ramp and there's signage telling you which floors have x amount of open parking spots which gives you a general sense of where to drive, instead of wasting time exploring floors that are full. You just keep following the ramps further down and then eventually once you park you just take the elevator or stairs up to the lobby. Once in the lobby, you take the stairs or escalator and it drops you right off in this cute greenery area in Boston! When you are returning back to your car, you just pay at the pay station in the lobby, locate your car, get to the garage exit, and insert your already paid for ticket and the bar raises. Best priced parking in Boston. You will love the price its tough to find cheaper weekend parking. I use this place everytime I'm in Boston. It is located within walking distance to the market. It us always clean and the staff are friendly. They even have clean bathrooms. I feel safe and comfortable parking here and walking with my entire family. The garage has plenty well lit parking spaces. The spaces are normal size. They have some compact car spaces as well. Its kinda tight for large trucks or full size SUVs. DO NOT PARK AT THIS GARAGE. I understand that the prices are decent, but many of the garages in Boston charge similar prices. I parked my car at this garage for about four hours and when I came back, my black car had a huge white smear and several deep scratches on the bumper, with no indication of who hit my car (see pictures attached). I went to ask the parking attendant if they could check their cameras so I could write down the make, model, and license plate number of whoever hit my car. They asked me to take them to the floor I was parked on to show them the exact spot I parked in. When they saw where I was parked, they said that their cameras "did not cover this spot." After speaking in circles with the staff, the manager informed me that the owner was away on vacation and that I would have to call in a few days to speak with him. I then called 911 to file a police report, to ensure that my premium would not increase. When the police officer arrived, the owner was magically on the phone IMMEDIATELY...but I thought he was away on vacation? That's interesting... When talking to the owner on the phone, his advice to me was "I should have looked to see who was parked next to me". Also, when the police officer arrived, they claimed that there weren't ANY cameras on the floor I was parked on. If this were the case, if there are no cameras on the ENTIRE FLOOR, why did they ask me to show them the exact spot I parked in? Interesting... On top of this mess, the staff were incredibly rude and condescending due to the fact that I am a 20-year-old woman traveling in an unfamiliar city. read more

Very affordable, clean, and safe. We parked here to go to a Celtics game at TD garden. Instead of paying $50-$100, this parking garage was $9. It was only a 20 minute walk and my car was in the same condition as when I left it. Would highly recommend parking here on evenings when trying to explore the city without overpaying. read more

I didn't foresee myself ever writing a review for a parking garage - let alone a positive review - but here we are. Anyway, the Greater Boston area is notorious for outrageous parking prices. Once I paid $30something for 4 hours in a garage at Harvard Square (do not recommend). So imagine my surprise driving by here seeing a sign that advertised "only $9 after 4:00pm and all day on weekends." I couldn't believe it, and to think I accidentally found this place en route to a different parking place. This is now my go-to parking garage if I'm ever spending the day in Boston. I have yet to see another place in the city that offers a clean, covered, well-lit garage for such a good deal. The garage is easy to navigate so you should have no problem finding a space and remembering where you parked thanks to the letter/number system. The garage is in an excellent location in the Financial District, close to several MBTA stops including State Street (Blue line), Downtown Crossing (Red/Orange line), and Government Center (Green line). The garage and surrounding area feels safe and I've had no problem walking around here, even at night. If you're ever driving into Boston for a day and need a place to park long-term, I recommend going here. read more

On weekends it's literally only $9 to park there all day, which is insanely affordable. Definitely don't think you'll find any other cheaper parking garage. Not only that, it's located near chinatown and shops such as Primark (love that store) and Boston Commons. So if you need a great parking spot for cheap, I highly recommend this place. Visited Boston for work and I had all of Saturday to explore the city. Being a walkable city, I wanted to find a parking garage that was central to most areas I wanted to go to, specifically the start of the Freedom Trail in Boston Common. Found this place on Yelp, gave it a try, and was not disappointed! It's $9 for all day parking on weekends and it's walking distance to the start of the Freedom Trail! The facility itself is clean, has bathrooms, and easy to pay once you're ready to go home. The area feels safe and it was easy to get into and out of the garage. Okay, I admit that reviewing a parking garage is a bit odd, but $9 weekend all-day parking and an absolutely pristine, gorgeous little park adjacent? Awesome. This 24 hour underground parking garage is centrally located in the heart of the Financial District with short walks to popular destinations including Downtown Crossing, Theater District, Waterfront, Faneuil Hall, and TD Garden. This garage offers plenty of parking (6 stories deep) with great evening and weekend pricing deals, $9 flat rate after 4PM weeknights and all day Saturday and Sunday. However, it is very pricey to park here on weekdays before 4PM. Take your ticket with you after you park your vehicle. When you are ready to leave, pay for parking in the lobby before heading back to your vehicle. As you are driving out of the garage, insert your paid ticket into the machine at the exit gate. Especially during the cold winter season, I love that this garage is heated and my parked car is dry and warm when I'm ready to head home after a night on the town. read more

Actually I'm not reviewing the Garage, but the park above the garage at PO Square. It's actually called: Norman B. Leventhal Park. I think this is a pretty well-know place around Financial District for hanging out during lunch hours. Lots of people will bring their lunch and just sit on the grass or benches. (**Take a nap if you want!!!**) It's really relaxing to hang out on the green space when you work around downtown (very limited green around!) Tips: grab a seat cushion (FREE, provided by the park! This is the place to park if coming into the city on the weekends, holiday or anytime after 4. $9 you can't beat that (during the week it is a lot more!) This garage is clean, and highly patrolled by security. Public restroom is available as well as customer service agents. Pay before you leave if paying cash or you can pay with your credit card upon exiting the garage. Centrally located, 5 minute walk to Faneuil Hall and a Quincy market or a 5 minute walk to Downtown Crossing. We recommend to all our friends and family. Makes coming to the city a breeze! read more

Best parking in downtown boston. Great central location. Very safe and clean. Pricing is best around. We stayed at the Omni Parker where they charged $75 for overnight valet parking - not happening. This garage was a quick walk and charged $9 per day for their special holiday pricing over NYE weekend. Even without the discount pricing, it was the lowest cost around and is worth every penny. read more
