This is my go to garage if you're looking to park near Faneuil Hall or North End. It's $16 on the weekends and it's $3 with validation (buying anything from Haymarket) for up to 3 hours. Haymarket is right there so it's pretty easy to get it validated. $3 for 3 hours of parking is a steal in this economy. Therefore, the garage does get full at times so come early! read more

We found this garage to be convenient to visit the North End and Public Market. You can get validated for a discount at Public Market for 3 hours but if you are going over that time you will pay regular price. Also a great place if you are going to buy produce at the market as sellers can validate your parking. Parking prices are competitive for the area on weekends even without validation. It is a super busy garage so you might need to drive around a bit to find a spot but there's a lot of people coming in and out all the time so you are likely to find a spot. read more

This has become a go to parking garage for visits into Boston. We have specifically utilized it quite a bit to park nearby the TD Garden while keeping some distance from the craziness of the crowds. I have not reviewed any parking garages in the past as far as I am aware. The real reason for this review and the five stars is because our two most recent times utilizing this parking the prices could not be beaten! Firstly we came down for on a Sunday for a WWE meet and greet hosted at Big Night Live. We showed up sometime shortly after noon to grab some lunch before we waited in line for a long time. Ended up leaving sometime after 7 and the price was only $16. Then we came back next day for Monday Night Raw and parked around 5pm and left sometime around 11pm. Once again price was $16. Both times it was an incredible deal for the amount of time we parked. I suspect it is not priced this way at all times but we certainly lucked out these two times! read more

Best kept parking secret of Boston! With validation from any vendor at Boston Public Market, parking is only $3 for three hours. Unfortunately today I went over the three hours so I had to pay $34 for five hours, but I was able to use Apple Pay which is awesome. The attendant was friendly and helpful. read more

Absolutely predatory parking situation. Their ticket machine rips off the bottom part of your ticket, so the barcode is missing and you can't exit without paying them $33. In our case, that came out to ~$2/minute for parking. And this wasn't simply bad luck - the attendant said this was about the 5th time it'd happened today. Haymarket has some lovely shops (shoutout to Crescent Ridge ice cream) but absolutely do not drive & park unless you want to be ripped off big time read more

What a bargain! When I visit Haymarket Square for vegetables, I usually park at this garage rather than at one of the meters. Parking is only a a dollar with validation. How can you go wrong? I think this allows me two hours which is more than enough time to hit the market. Discounted parking is one way to promote local businesses. While at the market, I may have to hunt around but I can find a vendor that has a stamp to validate my ticket. There is usually plenty of spots. If I go later in the afternoon, I may have to park up on the roof but that tends be the exception rather than the rule. Now they just accept credit cards for payment. Eliminating cash is one way to control the flow of money. read more

Ridiculously cheap parking garage...as long as you only stay 3 hours. What a gem in Boston! It's close to the North End and the prices are awesome - $1 for 1 hour, $2 for 2 hours, $3 for 3 hours. DO NOT GO OVER YOUR TIME. Your validation becomes invalid if so - so plan correctly. This includes the time in line to get out of the lot, so really, plan well. Most places validate, but located on the lowest floor is the Boston Public Market. There's a good amount of stalls in here which will validate with a purchase. So if you're feeling cheap, just buy a cookie or a donut and bam, cheap parking! I love this lot because it enables my crazy shopping habits at the little farmer's market on Friday-Saturday. I went to this garage due to the location being so close to the RMV. I was there for only a few minutes after speaking with the security at the RMV, dropped off some papers and left. I went right back to the car, checked the Kiosk for my time and it said I had 2 minutes left. I got in my car, went to the exit and then it said I was over by one minute! NOW I HAVE TO PAY $6!!! 4th time parking here. I love that you can shop at the North End, get your ticket validated and only pay $3.00 for three hours. Mike's Pastry, Pizzaria Reginas and many more validate the ticket. This garage is close snd convenient. This garage is also called Haymarket Square garage on the sign out front. There are some bakeries like Bova that make it worth the trip. Try some of the less known places for seafood, bakery items and Italian food. You might be surprised that they are even better than those with too many reviews. read more

SCAM - Beware! This lot is a rip off they charge you more than the signs specify for overnight weekend rates, taking advantage of the tourists who park here. Please see a picture of their weekend rates sign. I parked at 11 PM on a Saturday nad left at 4:30 PM on a Sunday and was charged $26 but the sign CLEARLY advertises $16. I argued with managers at the lot and they disagree with my interpretation of the sign, but English was not the manager's first language so it was not worth arguing anymore. Please see the Parcel 7 Parking sign and you be the judge of what I should have been charged. I spoke with some other friends that park there and they also have complaints about this lot. Useful things to know about this parking garage: - Validate parking $1 up to 2 hours. $3 up to 3 hours (according to North End Boston website). We got validated parking through a Haymarket stand which was good for the two hours. A little confusing as in the past it used to be good for 3 hours if we got the stamp from Haymarket. Not all stands carry the stamp, so make sure to ask. Straight from northendboston.com : "Validated parking tickets are good for $1 for up to 2 hours of parking, and $3 for up to 3 hours of parking. If you park for longer than 3 hours, the cost is $13 an hour with no validation discount. Sundays are free until 1:00 PM. Ticket must be validated by a North End store, restaurant, business or organization (most all of them validate)." - Super cramped but for the convenience and price, well worth it. Very close to North End and decent 10 minute walk to Fanueil Hall and about 15 minute walk to the West End area. - I think one elevator is always not working so take the stairs. The most horrible dirty parking that is located in Boston.The employees are extremely rude . Called them to get a refund because the kiosk charged my an extra 14$ cuz l the cashier was not in there, they declined my request saying that I should have waited there until she would come and customer representative gave me a holy piece of advise that I should have not paid as long as the machine was not showing the right amount(according to him I should have been holding the line until the person that works in the kiosk would be back) . DON'T park there for an event. I won't park there again. RUDE and a RIPOFF!! Took about 25 minutes to get out of the garage after the Bruins game. Expected it to take time since we parked on the top floor. Didn't expect for the rude attendants to say we owed $10 more since we didn't exit within 15 minutes of paying for parking. We paid and went straight to the car to exit. When we tried to explain to the attendant that we went straight to the car and had been waiting in line, she called us liars and would not let us leave until we paid. We asked to speak to a manager, we were told there wasn't one available and that we were holding up the line and we needed to pay the $10 which made no sense the weekend rate was $16 which we had already paid. Realizing that we we're getting nowhere, we paid the extra $10 and decided to call the posted phone number the next day to address the situation. Tried calling the phone number 3 times today and there was no answer or voicemail. Felt the need to alert others how the Haymarket garage ripped us off of $10 and caused a frustrating ending to a good day out. They should not have charged us as we had already paid the maximum rate and it wasn't our fault the line to exit the garage took so long. Don't get confused - this isn't the garage near Haymarket station that advertises the Celtics parking. It's "that other one" that's around the corner from Haymarket. As in, don't enter the address for Sudbury Street and get tricked. Make sure you're on the street aptly named "Haymarket Square" and you'll be at the cheap garage. Don't scoff at my use of the word "cheap". I can hear you judging me from your computer. It turns out there's one thing that's appropriately priced in Boston - I paid $1 to park here yesterday. Went to a gelato shop in the North End and bought a $2 bottle of water to get my ticket validated and my parking was a whopping dollar for the ~90 minutes I was in the city. You can get your ticket validated at some restaurants in the North End (and one of the churches, too, I believe), though I have never been able to find a comprehensive list of who validates. Yes, 3 hours of parking in Boston for nearly the same cost as a round-trip on the T! I needed to attend a press conference in City Hall, and was not looking forward to paying a ton of money just to park. I was THRILLED to see Parcel 7 Parking discounts the rate - heavily - if you shop nearby. The garage is perfectly located a block away from City Hall, so I gave it a try. After the press conference, I stopped by Harry's Cheese & Cold Cuts to pick up some Xtra sharp cheddar and he validated my ticket. Driving out, the standard rate of $10 flashed up on the display, but once the attendant entered the discount, I was delighted to see my bill drop to ONE DOLLAR. Really? Let me start off by saying that if the filtered reviews for this garage were in fact listed then there would be a 2 star average. Somehow the garage seems to have gotten many negative reviews removed.... I went to the North End with the promise of $3 parking for 3 hours and ended up paying $28 for 3 hours and 15 minutes. I ended up having a hard time finding the entrance to the garage and had to wait to get out and by the time I got out it was 15 minutes late. The attendant was rude and the phone number on the receipt and online just kept ringing last night with no voice mail. I got a person on the phone this morning but it was not a supervisor, they never called back and I have been trying to call all day to no avail. I would recommend the Pi Alley Garage or the Garage down under the Common instead. This place has no customer service and minimal staff. I would have accepted paying a little more but $25 more on a $3 ticket seems a little high to me. Worse yet I have no ability to talk to management. Park at your own risk. read more

Thanks to previous reviewers, we tried out this garage. It worked like a charm! Bought delicious cider and cider donuts from Appleton Farms in the Boston Public Market and they validated the ticket. We paid $1 to park! There was a man washing the floors in the stairway, so no nasty smells at all. Probably stepping up maintenance due to the new and lovely Boston Public Market. This parking garage is AMAZING. It's conveniently located, plenty of parking and best of all, it's dirt cheap. I went there on Saturday after hearing rumors of a parking garage that was cheaper than taking the T into area so I decided to try it. I got there at 9pm to have dinner in the North End (short walk) then returned at 11pm, and to my great surprise, the attendant told me it would be $1!!!! I was shocked, I expected to pay somewhere between $3-$5 but would have been delighted to pay $10. This is the best place to park, but you have to be careful and make sure to leave plenty of time to leave before the 3 hour rule, otherwise you'll be Cinderella at the ball when the clock strikes midnight. read more

This parking garage is just steps away from both the North End and Faneuil Hall region of Boston, where street parking is almost impossible to find on a busy night. Great parking spot for some good food and a show on date night. Most of the North End show-spots and dinner-spots offers parking validation for this lot (e.g. Improv Asylum). Can't beat the $3 for 3 hours, enough time for dinner and a show! It is not too good to be true! -$3 to park in the North End (you need ticket validated) -3 hour max and you have to be out on time, -No idea how to figure out ahead of time which establishments validate for which garages, but I took a chance and won (I know Improv Asylum and Mother Anna's does validate) There is some discrepancy over the address in a GPS. I tried the address that other yelpers listed for a GPS and got lost. If you use the Waze app, enter the Blackstone St address and you will find it. read more

I park here often and have never had a problem. I've seen several comments claiming of scams and their clocks being set wrong. On more than one occasion I should have been charged the next rate but their clocks gave me 5-10 minutes extra. This is a standard parking park it yourself garage, not a full service valet garage. Honestly, I like not having to wait 15 minutes for the valet to get my car. And sure the elevators are crappy but this is a parking garage. What do you expect? I like this garage because the parking spots are realistically sized to allow doors to open, unlike some other garages (Centre Plaza)! I've always found a spot on the first couple of floors and my car has never been damaged. As mentioned below several places will validate include Marco, Fiore, Maurizio's, Lucca, and Union Oyster House to name a few. Understand that validation is only good for 3 hours from the time you get your ticket (time is clearly stamped) not for 3 hours after your ticket is validated! read more
