Other times the doors would randomly open and close on their own. The last straw was when we got up in the morning and found both doors wide open. Stopped at the Overhead Door office and decided to have them replace the openers on a 2-bay and single-bay garage door. Within an hour I got a phone call telling me they could come right away! Technician Chuck showed up within 30 minutes of the phone call. He was very personable and professional. After brief introductions, he got right to work. In about 2 1/2 hours he replaced both openers, lubricated the doors, programmed the remotes, cleaned up the work area, provided some excellent training, and hauled the 'different brand' openers away.
