This company is excellent! Everything from the woman I spoke to when I called, I think her name is Kristen, to the guys that came out to fix my door after I backed into it. Not only were they here a mere hour after I called, they were friendly and courteous, and very thorough in their inspection. Josh explained everything he was going to do and answered all of my questions. I had previously been putting off getting my door serviced, even though I knew it needed it, so I guess fate just took a hand and had me back into the door. Luckily, the damage itself was minor and they were able to get it back on track. Then they addressed my previous problems, which was a slow and noisy door and one that I was unable to lift manually when needed. I now have brand new heavy duty springs and new rollers. They lubricated the mechanisms and everything is great now. What I thought was going to be a lengthy issue and an expensive problem ended up being addressed efficiently and thoroughly and at a great price. My garage door spring broke on a Monday afternoon. I called someone else first, and they couldn't get to me until Friday. I called Kevin at GDG and he told me that Josh could come by first thing the next morning AND he quoted me a price that was $20 less than their competitor! Josh showed up on time and was very friendly and professional. When we moved to the area last year, they helped us quickly get set up in our "new old house," which was built in the late 60's and with an old double garage door system.
