Showed up right away in a beat up old truck with no company logo, no company uniform, not even a card, and immediately quoted me $1300 to replace a garage door motor + $150 "maintenance" on my 2 year old springs and cables. Tech was very pushy, very rude, and didn't have a FUCKING CLUE. I asked him to leave, called a local reputable company who came out the next day and replaced my motor and performed all the maintenance for $750 out the door. Our garage door didn't open and it turned out that the spring was broken. Ari and Aaron came out the same day to repair it. They were on time, very thorough, and identified a couple of other issues (wheels/rollers needed replacing and lubricating, and by trying to open the door while the spring was broken, we also bent a metal piece that they replaced), and put our garage door back in good working order. the track came apart which needed to be repaired and door be re-hung instead got 8 new rollers on a two year old door the door was re-hung $960 dollars later call garage door service tech to repair the rail didn't show for two days then showed up with an attitude and gave us a quote for $1600 additional to fix the track and door. had to go down to home depot and fix the track. this business is bad! read more

My door fell off the track this morning. I was grateful a tech was able to come out quickly. He said he wasn't sure he would be able to repair it, but quoted me $529 if he could. I responded that it seemed like a lot - he said he wasn't sure if he could fix it. Twenty minutes later the door was back on the track, no new parts required. He still charged by $529. I asked how it could be $529 for 20 minutes of work, no parts - and he responded - drive time, insurance, the owners fee....Still shocked, I called the operator who said I was quoted a price up front but said she would call the tech. He spoke to her on speaker and she said he could drop the price to 485, but he said "she will probably still write a review" and the operator responded "charge her the 529". Really disappointing. I am happy to pay a fair price for his time, etc. But the price was I was charged was incredibly high and I never was fully informed the breakout. I will not be using this service again. Felt very dishonest and unreasonable. read more

Had $850 work done with 3 yr warranty in April 2022. Sept. Of 2022 garage door would not close, overhead cable was siezed. Called on a Sunday for emergency service call. Was told they could not respond till Mon., then Tues., Then Wed. So I cut the cable to secure the access go my home and protect my tools and belongings. They said that voided my warranty and refuse to call me back. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.....NOT RELIABLE OR HONEST. Warranty is useless. read more

A technician came and replaced the springs on our garage door in May. Within a couple of days the door was broke again. It appeared as though the tension was not set correctly in the springs. My husband called and asked for a different technician to come out and try to fix it. A different technician came out, worked on it, and said he had fixed it. It lasted 3 months and broke again. We called back and asked to have someone come out and fix it again. The lady on the phone said no one could come that evening, but she could send someone the next day between 10 and noon. They advertise as a 24 hour service? I told her we couldn't get our garage door closed and needed someone to come that evening because we didn't want to leave the garage door open all night. She said she would call me back again in a few minutes, but never did. The next afternoon I get a call from the same lady saying a technician is on the way. I explain to her that we needed someone to come the previous night and since they couldn't do that my husband spent 2 1/2 hours working on it so we could at least close it overnight. She proceeded to hang up on me. Horrible customer service! Save yourself the headache and call someone else! read more

Tyler came out to our home in Loveland on a SUNDAY! Because the spring (coil) had broken, we were unable to open the garage door manually. Our cars were trapped!!! In less than an hour, Tyler replaced the coils and the door was operable. He was very courteous, so efficient and competent.
