I have had such a wonderful experience with A Team Garage Doors. After all of the precipitation we had last summer my garage door was coming off the tracks every time I opened it, which would take several minutes to fix every time it happened. Unbeknownst to me, my house's garage door was two single wood garage doors that were fused together as was a norm for my neighborhood. The person who did my estimate explained to me that he could fix the issue to get the door back on track, but explained at some point the door would need to be replaced and showed me on my door some of the things that had previously been repaired and things that would likely be problematic in the near future. I decided if the repair was 1/3 of the cost of a new door, I might as well replace it now. They were able to replace it with a new door within the week. Their installer was so professional and quick. A few weeks ago the garage door they installed started having some issues where we could here the door grinding. A Team sent someone out the next morning who was able to quickly identify the issue and resolve it. I appreciate that the company stands behind the quality of their product. We had a spring break on our garage door Sunday before we got up. We could not easily get out. I called a place and they would not come out without an extra surcharge. Top tier service, parts, and customer care. My garage door was installed by the builder. It's not even 5 years old and nearly fell out of the rails yesterday. The rollers the builder used are the cheapest available, have no bearings and weren't built to last more than a year (the home's bumper to bumper builder warranty, go figure!). They finally seized and caused the door to become crooked when moving and some of the door rollers partially popped out of the rails. This nearly caused the garage door to fall out on my head. I called A Team Garage Door for help. This was late in the day already and I figured they wouldn't be able to get to me until the following day. To my surprise they said they'd be at my house within a few hours and they arrived to fix my door well past normal hours at 7:30pm. I am so grateful they got to me so quick as the door was broken in the open position and a safety hazard. Jeremy and Patrick arrived and found the problem immediately. They also checked over the entire assembly and found the right rail wasn't installed level so they corrected that as well. They replaced my junk rollers with with upgraded parts that actually have bearings. The cost for the same day service, late hour, and parts was no more than it would have been for any other future date or time of the day (just the service visit fee + parts).
