It turned out that the entire door and tracks needed replacement, a task efficiently completed by Monday. Price quoted was very fair too. Paul handled the installation impeccably, displaying punctuality and expertise. His dedication extended beyond the installation as he took the time to thoroughly educate me on the system. he even offered to return the next day, free of charge, to install a support beam, ensuring the door's durability. He even helped with covering up gaps at the bottom of the wall by the garage door with caulking and plastic to prevent rodents from entering. We contacted A1 for a replacement of our old single-piece garage door. Viktor was very professional and came out quickly for a look see and to give us quote. He didn't try to upsell us anything. He anticipated what we might like and want and even suggested which parts of our old system didn't need replacement for now. $$$ saving. The next week one of his staff showed up promptly at 9 am. He replaced some of dry-rotted door trim, which was badly needed. Viktor showed up briefly to help his staff do a two-person job affixing the roll-up rails to the garage ceiling. His staff then finished up the remainder of the job by 12:30. New single car garage door in 3.5 hours. Looks great and works great too. Loved that the owner Victor was the first to respond, on a Saturday of a three day weekend, to my request for help with my single garage door weather seal issue. Was able to schedule an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. Received a call early Tuesday morning and appointment was moved up to the morning, which I was grateful because of the record hot temps. Paul showed up early at 8am and had my new metal retainer and new seal for the bottom of my garage door completed in less than 30 minutes. My garage door spring got broken so my doors could not be automaticaly opened; hence, I asked for help from garage doors professionals. It seems like it is not so difficult to order and get a garage spring and installation tools on eBay but installation procedure it is very dangerous, and you must have skills and physical strength to install it correctly.
