For $300, he replaced the spring with the correct size and adjusted the placement of the track. My review of October 16, 2023: Adam made the necessary repairs to my garage door, quickly, and he did not try to sell me any parts or services that were not needed. Yes, I made sure the estimates included the same parts and labor, except for one where the repair company preferred to estimate based on pictures that I texted. Adam was clearly the low bidder, and the door works very well and is quiet. He advised me that the 30+ year-old motor will need replacement in the future, but it is okay to use until it starts to have any problem. His warranty: three years parts and three months for labor.
