I relayed to customer service that specifically arranged my work schedule to work from home so I was here for the installation. They were more concerned about their schedule then they are about customers and proceeded to tell me to take my complaints to Home Depot. If you don't want to install for Home Depot then don't. Do not treat customers like second class citizens. I wish I was allowed to give 0 stars. Waste of my time. But Cannon Valley Garage Doors is probably ahead of schedule for the day now.

Brandon got back to us within two days with our quote. Aaron came out to install 2 of the doors, he called first to let us know he was on his way. Aaron was very good at his job and knew what he was doing. Aaron even stayed later to help us program our car home link feature and the keyless pad for the outside of one of our garage doors. Aaron did a great job and cleaned up really well when he was finished. Nathan came out to install the 3rd garage door, he called us to let us know he was on his way. Very friendly and knew his job very well. He also cleaned up the garage very well when he was done. Nathan stayed to helped us program another keyless pad for another outside garage door. None of the installers were in a hurry and answered all of our questions. You can tell this is a family run business that puts their customers first.
