The person that enters you is virtual on a screen inside the room. Then each time you arrive you operate the entry doors and your own storage unit with the app on your phone. We called Mathew at Metro and not only was he able to supply a van at a minute's notice, but it was also nicer and cheaper than Enterprise. Metro will be who we use from now on for van rentals.
