It took several weeks to get someone to come make the repair, but after a few days we realized they had not put on the topcoat because the area was rough and the rest of the floor is smooth. We contacted them again, but have not received a response or an effort to repair the issue, except to say they wanted us to leave the house unlocked for them to come on a day we weren't home. I assume they aren't responsible for the repair since we wouldn't accommodate that request.

It has been 7 weeks and they still have not corrected their error. They are giving our contractor the run around and we are not able to complete our project until they fix their error. Our contractor has hounded them and it is my understanding that we are scheduled for this Wednesday. If that does not happen, I am considering legal action although I am not a litigious person in nature. At this point I don't know what other recourse we have.

They worked quickly and quietly. They even adjust one cabinet that had been installed wrong, when the house was built, so that all the granite would be level throughout the kitchen. He measured my unit for some water damage to my wood floors and shook hands that he would would be available to do the work during the 2nd-3rd week of January. He eventually replied that he was no longer available. I counted on Dustin and shook his hand in good faith. I had to search and find another credible flooring company (4 week lead time to do the work) to do the repair. It was very disappointing...my floors were exposed (and still are today) and my special needs child is/has been in danger crawling on the floors for much longer than was necessary.
