Hello, let me start with me being told that they couldn't come clean on any of the days that I had…read moreoff from work. The owner looked at her calendar in her phone and they were fully booked so I took the next available time. Well, they cancelled due to "treacherous road conditions" I've attached the weather forecast of that day and time of light rain and possible snow 1-3 inches. The next day I was told they would be showing up because the owner was going to let them use her personal truck. They did show. Late but they showed. They started cleaning at 11am and continued on to 6pm and I was charged $660. $30 per person per hour with a $30 travel fee. Here is a quote from the website and you'll be able to tell from the pictures whether or not they actual do what they make you pay them to do. Again.. $660. It is not clean as you can see below and it is not organized at all. The owner proceeded to tell me that the reason for the fact that they did not do what their website claims that they specialize in was my fault because I had them start in my front bedroom first rather than the kitchen. I don't know about you but when I am at work and I decide to do one job first rather than another that never changes the level of completion of each project. But as far as the kitchen is concerned as they were cleaning the walls they never said word one about the paint coming off yet the owner claims they left the walls covered in dust because the paint was peeling off and again, my fault because I need to paint my walls. The house was super dirty but their website states clearly and in large print that they "specialize in hard to clean houses and offices" and just because a floor goes from awful to a lot better does NOT give a company an excuse to do a less than worth every penny of the money I paid them job. I'm 110% positive that anyone paying over $500 for ANYTHING would much rather a spotless and PROFESSIONAL whole hallway rather than a half assed job throughout. They had so little respect for my hard work earning my money that I was spending on their services and self as a person paying for a job well done that they totally disregarded their clients very clear wishes and didn't even bother to read the expiration dates written clearly on each item in the pantry. (That was one very clear thing I asked for.. "please throw away any item in the pantry that has expired" they didn't throw away any. My first and main thing was to have someone organize my home for me and they left trash on a side table in the living room, on the kitchen table, in a cubby where they also left a steam mob and regular mop (didn't bother even putting them in the pantry with the other brooms and mops).. they left eight pairs of boots throughout the hallway and living room instead of putting them in the hall closet on the actual shoe rack which I've provided a picture of. Their website says right on it that they specialize in being spotless and literally bring out the toothbrush to ensure this. Well just look at the picture below of the floorboard still filthy. I paid them $660 and I have to now do the rest myself, I'm out SIX HUNDRED AND SIXTY DOLLARS and I STILL have to take my next two days off and do what they promised on their website to do and I paid exponentially to do. I make $10 an hour and saved up for months for this and got this. Yes it looks much better but I didn't save for months to pay that much for a job I could've done, I paid for a PROFESSIONAL to do it right and this is not what their website promises. The girls who came to my house were nice and worked hard but it's plain to see that the owner doesn't demand "spotless" as advertised just wants to get paid and blame the homeowner. I'm sure that if the owner told the girls to clean each room with precision and detail as promised that they would have. If you need a real professional who will actually leave your home spotless reach out to me. I only didn't call her this time because she's so good that she's booked all the time but well worth the wait and it certainly won't cost you $660! I'd rather pay full price for a job done right than a half-assed job. Wow. WOW. I wonder how many people this has happened to. OK now I'm actually beside myself and not because this stuff is worth a lot of money because now it is clear and blatant the disregard to property and work ethic! I just went outside to our Alaska Waste green barrel for trash and opened one of the trash bags that they dumped to find one of my ball caps just thrown away, a bunch of rags that were mine that got used AS RAGS also just thrown away (instead of put in a pile with laundry), a perfectly good glass vase just thrown away and a bag of brand new LED blue outside Christmas lights still wrapped also just thrown away!! Explain THAT?!!!!!!! Now I'm LIVID! I'm sure they never expected me to look through the trash! Also they broke the drain stop for our tub and just left it there and didn't tell me.

There were stains on the brand new comforter they used to make the bed, bathroom drawers had trash in them, windows were dirty, broke my Dyson vacuum and didn't mention it, couch had dog hair all over, even the floor had dust... overpriced and quality of work was extremely poor.
