Custom curves sold me the lightest, softest , whisper of an underwire bra ever. I think it must have been sewn by fairies or angels. I actually forget I have it on all day long. And the prices are very fair. I've seen bras in my size at another bra specialty shop go as high as $300 with most averaging $150. One bra I purchased at Custom Curves was $98 and one was $50. Also, I was a D/DD and the owner knew how all the brands fit and even had some C bras in stock for when I needed to go up a band size/down a cup size.

The men's selection is scarce, as in only one little section. Only half a dozen or so T-shirts, and 6 board shorts, but they did have a whole section for banana hammocks and tiny shorts that wouldn't cover my ass! I can't comment on the ladies section, but it was quite vast and colourful! The board shorts, which i did purchase, were quite nice, but way over priced. who would have thought swim trunks would ever cost $70? That is ridiculous! I love my new trunks, but I'll never be back.

I went into a lingerie store in Bedford last week - September 3 - in hopes of an exchange due to a…read morefaulty product. I was asked to come back the following day to speak to a manager but I felt uncomfortable with the ask for pictures of my bust in the bra. I never went back, instead a few days later I made a post to ask if others had ever had the same experience. Less than 24 hours after the post was made, on September 7 the manager reached out to me. She advised she would review the video footage and apologized I felt uncomfortable with their policy. She assured me that she had the bra in stock and I could come in Monday for an exchange. A few hours later I miss 2 back to back calls from the manager again. (Apparently they were pocket dials). Out of politeness I called back, she was infuriated. Claiming my post had caused harassment to her employees and that this has been made into a bigger issue than it was. I apologized - for if there was truth to this claim it was not my intention. (We'll ignore her using my customer information to call me multiple times on the weekend to discuss anything other than business). With hesitation, I went in today (September 9) I thought it could go one of two ways; I'd either have no issue exchanging the item, or it would be another argument. Unfortunately, it was the argument. For once, I had little to say other than that I would be posting about my experience, and thanks for wasting my time (I never got a new bra). A whole 10 minutes of back and forth ensued with the manager and another employee. The last 5 minutes I was just insisting my information be taken out of their system. They prolonged this by walking away from the computer multiple times and trying to continue an argument. All of this humiliation over a $100 bra. I was asked multiple times for photos of my bust in the bra to determine if it was faulty. Apparently you can't see it any other way. And then they just about always act like I'm a nuisance. If I'm going to be paying Victoria's Secret prices I expect good service, so this isn't a location I frequent often. I used to really like their bras - they are decent quality, which is good. But my tastes have changed and I no longer find the styles appealing. Between the huge push up styles and the strappiness of the bras that are "in" right now it's just not for me. I prefer t-shirt bras, bralettes and sports bras - I'm just a simple kind of person that way. I also find the layout a bit confusing. There's no real rhyme or reason to how it's laid out (at least to me) so I find myself wandering aimlessly. Maybe that's the point? Hoping to get you to see more merchandise, and so spend more money? Dunno. Regardless, it will be a while before I shop here again.

I feel I speak for most ladies when i say it's an endless war to find that perfect bra. Upon my arrival I was a tad overwhelmed with all the styles and different sizing. I then found a fantastic staff who walked me though the various styles and even pulled each style in my size to try on! The staff were fantastic, very helpful, tons of selection , the prices are on average , plus the quality of product is way better. Often times they have in store deals that are worth asking about, I ended up getting 10$ off my purchase. So for all the ladies out there who are at war with your undergarments ... there is still hope for you !
