From the moment I reached out, Samir responded right away. He is an unbelievably good communicator. Because of scheduling and logistics, we did a lot of texting, and he promptly provided me with a detailed written estimate. Once I chose my color, he handled everything -- purchasing all the paint and supplies, and arriving with his assistant fully prepared. They carefully protected and taped off everything before starting. They were highly efficient, clearly experienced, and paid close attention to every detail. On the first day, they meticulously removed all the cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware, organizing everything carefully in containers. Then they sanded everything thoroughly. They took the doors with them, and just two days later returned to reinstall everything. The finished result is absolutely beautiful. My kitchen looks amazing, and I could not be happier. I highly recommend Samir!

I would like to separate out the work product from the service aspect. The work product you can seen from the pictures - our bathrooms are transformed. It's one thing to select nice finishes and materials and another thing to install them with care and quality. They delivered on both. Then, there is the service aspect. My wife was late into her pregnancy when we started the work and then we had a newborn and a young child too while the work was being finalized. Samir and team were so conscientious - there were times when we weren't even sure they were there because the were working so quietly. I recommend them without reservation and will turn to them for any future work we do.

Charged me $350 for a redelivery that his Forman said was his fault. Owner Tom still charged me. Signed contract on measurements and they delivered wrong size- we waited another 6 weeks with no apology. Oh and never delivers the actual hardware. Finally got it in the mail 3 weeks after I called. I can't say enough how disappointed we were from start to finish. I told them I would have a bad review and they said "go for it". I don't ever give bad reviews. Couldn't believe it. I'm not saying spend the extra money - I'm saying find another place to go.

I should preface this review and…read moresay that I have not had services done with this company, but we have been in talks with Kevin on doing our garage floor. While Kevin is professional & knowledgeable there seems to be a breakdown somewhere. Early stages of our conversation, he asked me to measure my own garage and send pics even though they offer free estimates -- one would think they would come out to perform these services to ensure they are getting the correct info. He stated that his minimum job is $1,800. Fine. I had a few oil stains in my garage. Most of the stains were completely dry, I had one that was what looked like it was wet. He asked me to scrub it and send pics after it dried for a couple of days. I did so. He said to scrub it again. I did so, and sent the new pics. He said it looked good and that the grinder would take off the rest. I didn't hear from him for a little while so I checked in via text In which we have been communicating. He asked me where I lived and I told him. Communication went silent.... maybe he was busy I thought. So a week later I sent him an email, and he replied saying he was sorry but he didn't want to tackle. I honestly wish he was more upfront sooner instead of leading me on and just tell me up front he didn't want to do the job. I could have found someone else in these 3-4 weeks who would love to do the job.
