I've been dealing with Maxsam and staff for over 30 years. Some people have worked there for as much. I send ALL my customers there because their selection, as a tile distributer is better than most. They have access to all tile brands, unlike some boutique places that only carry their own exclusive merchandise. Sometimes customers find stuff online and I ask the folks at Maxsam and they are usually able to find it or recommend an alternative. There are no hidden costs, they sell the right products for installation and never exaggerated or lied about lead times or delivery. I've never felt that they were not accommodating or lacking in any service. Their contractor pricing is always fair and I always pass those savings on to my customers.

We walked in, and Diego walked us through some options and pricing, and we settled on a lovely Quartz countertop. We decided to go with Quartz, as Granite requires yearly sealing and maintenance. We scheduled our template appointment, followed by our installation. It was a smooth process and we ended up paying about $1800 for everything. Good stuff. I'm incredibly happy with the work they did - they matched the existing features (trim, door style etc) of the house perfectly.
