My telephone enquiry was dealt with speedily and on my arrival a few hours later (I dont live particularly close) I was greeted by someone in the know and was able to leave my car for inspection regarding the problem. I spent an hour or so enjoying lunch in town to then receive a call with both an update and a time to pick up my car. The cost, time and service were outstanding!
