Even though the store is super neat, stylish and beautiful. Krista, the store manager, didn't hesitate to welcome me into the store, with a baby, a massive stroller and 2 dogs in tow. It's a dog friendly store. She was really great. No pressure to buy. I tried on a few items, and she made some thoughtful suggestions. Definitely not an outlet experience, it was very much focused on customer service. I would definitely return. Also, many of the items are so classic, they make great staples in many wardrobes.

Right now there are many fruit themed, especially with apples and pineapples. I also found that they had cuter bags here too. The employees were also a little more helpful and relaxed. One that was helping us showed us around to similar items that we were looking at. They also made some suggestions based on the colour palettes that we were looking at. I resisted getting something so as I was walking out, the employee that was helping us cheekily said they'd be seeing my group later. Fun!

The service is lacking as people stand or walk around but they don't seem to approach the customers. I had to find an associate to ask if they had scarves and he did direct me to them. They didn't have a large selection and I wasn't able to find one that I liked for a gift. They have quite a few fashionable cellphone cases. I walked out not buying anything as I wanted to check out some of the other outlet stores first. This is a place to come for discounted prices but not great service.

So I walked into the store, and the store associate greeted me, as usual. The store was quite empty, it was just me, and one other woman in there in the fitting rooms (though I didn't know she was there yet). As I was browsing, the associate called another associate, who I assume was her supervisor. The supervisor also greeted me and chatted for a moment, so I thought all was fine, but soon I realized that she was following me around the store, and staring at me. I don't know if she thought I was trying to steal something or what, but I was just very uncomfortable. Once, I caught her eyes staring at me, and she said "Oh I'm so sorry, I was spacing out," and trailed off making some fake excuse, but then continued to follow me and stare at me. The worst part is that I didn't even have a bag or something. I literally had no way of stealing clothes, and even if I did, I wouldn't do it. I feel very upset that they would assume such a thing, and I think it's safe to say that I will never be stepping foot into any Dynamite again, especially not this one.

When I received the jacket it was too small and had a slight imperfection. To help me figure out what size jacket I needed Fairweather sent me jacket's in a size med and large to the store nearest me. So that I could try them both on to see which one fit best.
