There were a lot of sales associates on the floor. One of them had came up and offered to look for the size/ style I needed. The fitting rooms are big some include a full size mirror inside which makes it more convenient instead of having to come out. I had to try the different sizes of leggings as the material had changed over the years and from the last time I purchased them which was 5+ years ago. The girl that looked after the change rooms gave suggestions as to which size I should go with. She was very helpful. I ended up purchasing a few leggings for $40 each which was on sale. Overall the promotions weren't the greatest though. 30%-50% off mostly regular priced items which is still quite pricey in my opinion. They happened to have more clearance items for girls than boys. I asked the sales associate if they had some purple jackets and he showed me a few. In the back of the store they have a section for youth. The men's section to the right had winter jackets, shorts, pants, and tshirts. The sizing seemed to be more of the small and x-large. Most items were 40% off but there were some that were 60% off and clearance was 75%. I was happy to get some decent prices and good service.

Second time in Cleo first time was a horrible experience I don't even know why I went back the second time, I was hoping it was maybe just a one-off the first time around. I order from Rietmans, Mark's work warehouse, etc all the time and whenever something is not fitting properly I have never been given a hard time to get a refund. I am going to assume that in this economic environment and retail stores struggling that this store just does not need clientele. Let me add on the bottom of the receipt it clearly states. No sale final. So why was I not given a refund?
