They were hired for all air vents and a dryer cleanout on a 2,000 sq. ft. house, and particularly a bad smell coming in the laundry room. On the day of the cleaning Chris and Lee arrived during the agreed upon time window. I showed Lee around the house to the various vents and asked questions about the places I couldn't fully clear a path to the vent. The house's vents hadn't been cleaned during the time I've owned the place so it needed significant work. The same applied for the dryer. The cleaning took roughly 3 hours. I think they did a good job and made sure to take care of cleaning any messes their work caused. The one exception was the dryer blow-out which was left under the outdoor vent. My single gripe was that the final price ended up $100 over the original quote without discussion. However, it was clear that they had a lot of work to do that couldn't have been known without taking a look at things.

They offered a few additional services, which I felt were completely worth the price they were charging, so I had them also clean my dryer duct. I cannot say enough good things about this experience. I will recommend them to everyone and I look forward to using them again in the future, not only at my home but at my business.

This situation was disappointing for both the owner and myself. I valued the owner's transparency and feedback, and ultimately we decided to replace the washer rather than proceed with a repair that exceeded the machine's value. Unfortunately, this reflects a broader issue where manufacturers make it increasingly difficult to maintain older appliances due to costly design changes. Had a Dishwasher that was out of commission for weeks- would not power on. Another company had been…read moredispatched by my Home Protection plan to fix it. After several trips and part swaps they could not fix it. I asked My HP plan company to send out someone else. Docs Appliance came out, and Anthony was the tech. He reviewed all the previous work. Taking a lot of time and testing he noticed that the wiring harness that had been replaced was installed incorrectly. After more inspection Anthony found some burned out components on the User Interface board. He was able to get a new one and replaced the defective one.
