We still don't know what it is, but it comes from the Atlantic side of Spain near Portugal where the Camino de Santiago ends. We liked it because it appeared to be a lot of comfort food stews and fresh produce plates. There was a table for two available, so we grabbed it. The meat, fish, and seafood paella (which is what I had) was salty and didn't have any meat. It had 1 chicken wing, 1 chicken leg, 2 clams, 2 mussels, and 2 langostino. There was no meat. I checked the language for a poor translation, but it says carne in Spanish, not pollo. I did ask at the end of the meal. They all said, "Yes, Chicken." I said, "then why does it say carne? It doesn't say pollo." They seem concerned and went to the back kitchen and inquired why there was no meat. The answer that was given was, "I forgot." I explained that if I wanted chicken, I could've ordered the Pollo. They really had nothing else to say. An aside, it was salty too. The tart tatin with vanilla ice cream was so so. When I've been served this is other restaurants, even other cities, the tart is warmed up. Not here. Ice cold. The chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream was good. Overall, look elsewhere.
