A second crew showed up one or two days later. They too were sent off the job because of bad workmanship. A third crew arrived and decimated an old oak that was a major, dramatic feature of our house. They were told by me and the first manager that came to look at the job that the was not to be touched. Our very expensive tree lighting was also disturbed and broken. They fixed one fixture but when dealing with the others they broke they refused to replace them or reimburse me for having them fixed. They charged a great deal of money and were completely paid.

It was getting dark and they were unable to fix it that night. The next day they Had a big job and were unable to complete the repair. They were at my home the day after early in the morning to complete the stump grinding and Had an irrigation company on site to make all the needed repairs and my water back on in no time!
