While they may be polite during…read moreappointments, there's a serious lack of follow-through when it comes to my healthcare and concerns. Test results often go unanswered, and important follow-up steps are rarely explained or scheduled. I've called the office to schedule follow-ups after hospital visits but no response. This has made managing my care stressful and frustrating. Patients deserve a provider who listens, responds, and takes their health seriously -- unfortunately this was not my experience.

Not easy after what she has been thru, but he was always kind and gentle with her thru out her pregnancy. He made the decision to deliver her at 38 weeks. She went thru three days of labor and Dr Johnston was a prince. He is calm and reassuring and in the moment it is called for he is clear and commanding. He was in her room in minutes when she suddenly spiked a fever. When she began to deliver he was all business. His team is like a ballet to watch - everyone in their place and in point! He walked in and clearly told her exactly what he needed her to do and she instantly zeroed in on him. She had a beautiful baby boy and we are so happy! In addition it should be noted that his entire staff is amazing , the hospital nurses love him and respect him as much as his patients. None of us can figure out how the man gets any sleep - we witnessed him going to several rooms and delivering babies within minutes! He is a phenomenal Doctor- we are blessed to have him in Merced!!!

I kid you not every single day that i was pregnant i was sick. smells, even standing up made me sick. I would feel starving i would eat then it would come back up over and over. I would sweat from every pore in my body and feel like i wanted to faint. All things i reported to dr. Johnston. Nothing was looked into. I gained so much weight my stretch marks were ripping and becoming sores. I went to a doctor about it and was humiliated when the doctor was in such shock but offered no help. I didn't realize this wasn't right until my second pregnancy when i only gained 25 lbs. From the moment i got pregnant i had diabetes. How did he not recognize this? It could have taken mine and my babies life. My son was so big he was born not breathing due to being stuck on my pelvic bone. they called code blue it was the most horrifying experience of my life. My son is now 19 and i am still very much traumatized.

Dr. Gallery came highly recommended to me, and I have no doubt that he is likely a great medical provider. However, his office staff was completely unprofessional and the care I received from the Nurse Practitioner in the office was, in my opinion, subpar. I called to make an appointment as a new patient; the first appointment I could get was four months later, which was fine. When I made that appointment, I stated that I was a new patient seeking a physical with Dr. Gallery. My appointment was made. Fash forward four months... I arrive at the doctor's office, which is two hours from my home. I am taken back, vitals checked, and told that the NP would be in shortly. I asked about seeing Dr. Gallery and was told at that point that their SOP was that new patients saw the NP first and only saw the doctor if there were issues. I was not happy--why was I not told this when I made the appointment? I appreciate and completely understand if this is their policy, but it's incredibly terrible customer service to completely neglect to mention that when someone makes an appointment. If I wanted to see an NP, I would have sought out an NP. So then the NP comes in and speaks to me. She was very nice, and after a couple of minutes of chatting, she asks when I'd like to come back to do my physical. Um.... that's what I thought I was there fore. She explained that no, the first visit is to establish care and then you come back for the physical. Again... I understand policies... but why was this not explained to me when I made my appointment? I drove two hours one way to get there. At that point I told her that I was very unhappy with my experience and she said she would see what she could do. She then checked her schedule and was able to squeeze in a physical for me... which lasted about 10 minutes. A physical should be a head to toe exam. This was not a head to toe exam. She spent hardly any time actually examining me, and the rest of the time asking a few questions. She gave me an order for blood work, told me to call the office a few days after I got the labs drawn to find out the results, and I was done. I left the appointment feeling very disappointed and let down. I got the blood drawn the next day. I realized two weeks later I never heard from this office, so I called and was told they didn't have my results. I got in touch with the office that drew the blood, and they gave me a copy of the lab results, which, at the bottom, clearly listed that the results were in fact faxed to Dr. Gallery's office. I called them to let them know I faxed a copy of the results to them. A few hours later, Jeanette called me back, gave me very basic results over the phone, and said if I wanted to discuss anything further I'd have to make an appointment, which of course I understood. But I was overall still feeling unhappy with my experience, so I asked her if they had a formal method for feedback. She told me I could give her my feedback as she was the office manager. I proceeded to tell her my story, only to be interrupted many times, and essentially called a liar. She informed me that they ALWAYS tell first time patients that they will first see the NP, and not the doctor. When I insisted to her that I wasn't told that, she insisted right back that I was because it's their policy to tell people that info. When I again stated I wasn't, she then said that maybe they forgot because they were busy or something. After I was interrupted for the fourth or fifth time, I told her that I was no longer interested in speaking with her and I'd be writing a formal complaint letter to Dr. Gallery. I have honestly never had such a horrible experience with any professional office in my life. I haven't had a steady primary care provider in years, and I was really looking forward to establishing a relationship with Dr. Gallery. I am horrified by the way I was treated by everyone I encountered in the office. I cannot recommend this doctor's office to anyone, based on the experience I had.

Her personality is quite mellow but don't be fooled by this. She's calm and relaxed but is often able to discern with laser pinpoint precision what exactly is wrong and how to help our children within minutes! Another great thing is that she isn't one of those rotten doctor's offices that quadruple books a 15 minute time slot to make money but make you and your kids suffer for three hours in a room full of sick kids. Every pediatrician has done this in the area. Again, she is a professional and provides a professional environment. She even has a special section for infants so they can be shielded from the sick bigger kids. Dr. Asadi is the best!

I decided to try a new injector in town that I was recommended too.. first off she was super sweet but when I asked for my eyebrows to be lifted at the ends all it seemed like she did was just inject me like crazy.. I did request my " 11s" to be "frozen" due to it being my biggest concern. And she advised me it would take 20 units which I already knew from when I would get injected pre pregnancy. Long story short after 48 UNITS to my 31 year old forehead, eyebrows. And crows feet (which I've never gotten that much just for this area) I'm 6 weeks out and it's wearing off... not to mention I was botched in the beginning and was sooo scared to even show my face.. my eyebrows are not lifted they are just "settled" and it makes me soo sad.. because I wanted to feel refreshed and awake and really like Dr. David's work

I initially went to get well urgent care for something in October and they did not do a great job…read morelong story short and I ended up being admitted to the hospital. Dr. Nanra over saw my care while I was there and said if anything comes up come and see us. I decided to take him up on his offer today when I woke up to some questionable symptoms. They had me in and out within an hour (unheard of for urgent care as busy as them, especially with them also being a primary care clinic.) the clinic is clean, the staff is friendly and they are very on top of it. The doctor listened to my history and what led up to today and took all of that into consideration with his treatment options. I will definitely be returning here for my urgent care needs. I'm happy that I have the option to go here if anything urgent arises and know that they care about their patients. Thank you golden state!!!
